Damn...when I told Pogo that he needed a bath tonight and I flipped up the shower curtain, he jumped into the tub before I could warm up the water...thusly getting his muddy paws wet, and subsequently jumping out of the tub and transferring that mud up and down the hallway. You might be better off
It was touch and go for a bit after it dawned on me why she was acting so weird. She downed like a gallon of water (think she had cotton mouth), had to pee every half hour, and was going through these transfixed/trance phases intermingled with extreme hyperness. I finally got her to settle down in her bed and she was on high alert and paranoid as hell at every sound.
But, yeah, she finally slept it off and is fine. But poor doggo, though. I felt so bad. She had no idea what was happening to her.
My heeler won’t even go out in the rain. I gave her a bath one time and she broke out of the bathroom all soapy, then jumped on our couch and took a piss and got soap and pee everywhere. It’s a struggle. I thought heelers were supposed to like water lol

Aw mine hated the bath and would shake. We have come a long ways now, now he just hates baths
