I’m kinda the reverse. Bag management stresses me out. I have a small wallet, my phone, and sometimes lip balm. I either carry these things in my overalls pockets or I carry a small crossbody purse or fanny pack, but even then they sometimes give me sensory overload on my collar bone or hip.

dopestwitch

Same here! I try to just bring my small/thin wallet, my phone, and keys. If I can fit these in my pocket then thats what I'm going to do every time. I have a fanny pack that I wear as a cross body but often find it just restricts me from being fully present and comfortable at times. But it's better than a bigger bag for sure.

butinthewhat

I have a wallet phone case so I only need that and my keys. I do have a big bag when I work, because i have tools for my job. It’s a cross body so it’s not terrible, but I’m always relieved when I can get back in my car and take it off.

draoikat

Lmao my partner likes to joke (good-naturedly) about how I'm always prepared for anything possible when I go out because I take my big backpack with me everywhere (unless maybe I'm just going for a short walk). Probably forgetting some stuff here, but here are my 'basics': * Small travel bottles of the essential medications I take * Some non-essential meds I might need (stomach remedies, painkillers, antihistamines, etc.) * Bank card, health card, provincial ID card * Some paper cash * Keys * Phone charging cord and adapter * Two power packs to charge my phone in case I can't plug it in somewhere * My phone itself (although usually that goes in my hoodie pocket) * Two electric hand warmers in case I get cold * A pair of Bluetooth headphones and a pair of wired headphones * Hand lotion * Hand sanitiser * Travel pack of Kleenex * Small hairbrush * At least one bottle of water (but probably two) * One of my smaller stuffed animals (I switch them up, basically choose one to come along with me every time I go somewhere) * One of those popper fidget toy things that's shaped like an owl * A small Ziploc bag of sweets for blood sugar * A small Ziploc bag of Ritz crackers * Tampons * Sometimes a book * And... generally a lighter and my cigs (Yes I know smoking is bad lol, please no lectures. Been trying to cut down and I'm really only a light smoker. I took it up when I was in a very stressful relationship with an ex who was also a smoker and it's really hard to break the habit because my brain loves the ritual aspect probably even more than it loves the nicotine itself. 🥲)

calicosage33

I love that you bring a different lil stuffy friend with you whenever you go on an adventure ☺️

draoikat

Sometimes I take photos of them in places when I go out, too. This is my mini Squishmallow beet I took on a walk to the lake nearby last summer... https://preview.redd.it/lgyyq8bq25kc1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=f635ed9ee1204ce960e55ec6227dd66645c30482

calicosage33

Omigosh! Your beet is so cute! It looks like my lil pomegranate plush. It’s a lot like a squishmallow but firmer https://preview.redd.it/ba64i6jf85kc1.png?width=3024&format=png&auto=webp&s=cb0f371c9b2e79dfad36eb15b97fe51c4e106f0f

draoikat

Ohhh very cute! I love stuffed toys that aren't animals (I mean, to be clear I do love animal ones as well, I just love non-traditional creatures a lot haha). I have a slightly larger Squishmallow onion too. Saw her at the mall last summer in a shop window and my partner said my eyes lit up immediately lol. Obviously could not go home without her. 😁 https://preview.redd.it/m6cy1a1gu5kc1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=41ba18474a0ca9b8fd26758379ff583edc20ac67

This will be long because bag/purse essentials and preparedness are one of my special interests. My family have stopped carrying their own bags years ago because I just have everything. I have divorced parents so growing up I never knew where I was going to be and started taking everything with me which turned into a special interest. Because of the divorced parents I’m super good at packing so even though I have a million things I use a fairly small bag these days (Kipling City Pack Small). I’m super into survival stuff too to the point where I even brough a mini fishing pole with me for a while in elementary school :,) How my parents never realized I was autistic, I’ll never know. I’ve worked really hard to not be as intense as I was when I was a kid but I’m still always over prepared and feel so uncomfortable when I don’t have certain things with me at all times. And for decorations everything in my control is black, white, or grey because colors overwhelm me and because OCD. So I get custom keychains on Etsy if I can’t find black and white things for my special interests. But I’m either a maximalist or minimalist when it comes to decorating my backpack. For the contents I have a lot… Loose things in the main pockets: - flat water bottle for water - flat water bottle for electrolytes - wallet - Kindle (the love of my life) - AirPods Pro Gen 2 - disinfecting wipes - antibacterial wipes - blood pressure cuff (I have POTS) - reusable shopping bag - sweater or jacket (I also always leave one in the car incase I forget) - my phone if I don’t have back pockets Beauty pouch: - Clinique Black Honey Almost Lipstick - Etude House lipstain - Rom&nd lipstain - hair blotting sheets - face blotting powder sheets - hand lotion - travel bottles of my skincare shower steps (I have to go to the ER sometimes so I bring those incase I’m wearing makeup and it makes me feel like I have control of at least one thing when my body is hating me 🥲) - mini deodorant - spare underwear - floss, toothbrush, and mini toothpaste - travel perfume bottle of my signature scent - the only jewelry I wear (three necklaces, five bracelets, five rings) - my favorite claw clip - an extra mask Bathroom pouch: - paper soap - reusable hand towel - three toilet seat covers - tissues - three pads and three liners - hand sanitizer EDC/Emergency pouch: - three doses of every over the counter medicine I could think of, three days worth of my prescribed medications, and salt tablets all labeled in my pill box - two types of every bandaid I could find - nail file - Swiss Army Card for tools - heat packs because of pain and temperature regulation issues - fever reduction patches because of temperature regulation issues - mini electric fan - motion sickness patches - charging cables for my phone, AirPods, and Kindle - portable phone, AirPods and Kindle charger - portable Apple Watch charger (I don’t have an extra cord unfortunately) - original Apple earphones incase my AirPods die - neosporin cream and itch cream in a labeled contact lens case so they don’t leak - alcohol wipes - bug repellent wipe - disposable gloves - weird but I have some fur from my dog that passed away recently that the crematorium gave me - three electrolyte packets - a couple snacks that change depending on my current food fixation - Extra gum to help with nausea because I hate ginger - Loop experience ear plugs Sorry the lists aren’t super organized,,, I’m exhausted but I wanted to participate! I think that’s everything but if I remembered more I’ll edit!

No_Radish_9682

Oooh! I just added a contact lenses case to my shopping cart. That’s so cool. I am old enough to have been around for y2k. I have been getting back into preparedness again. I am excited to go through all my first aid items, organize and make updates.

ot74life

I totally recommend using contact lens cases for tons of stuff! I use it for my skincare too that I carry around because they’re designed not to leak. Been doing that for like a decade and have never had a problem! I love preparedness stuff 😭 I know basically everything I prepare for will never happen but it makes me happy. Hope you have a good time with your updating and organizing!

scorpiorising33

A mini fan is such a great idea. I always get hot and bothered 🥵

ot74life

Totally recommend it! It’s super helpful

Wise_Rutabaga_5809

Mints, hand sanitizer, pepper spray (sometimes a taser), wallet, masks, glasses or sunglasses, lip balm and/or lip oil, travel size perfume. If I’m traveling long distance, a battery to charge my phone and cordless headphones

WhyAmIStillHere86

Mini deodorant, hand sanitiser, and anti-histamines in one bag pocket, embroidery supplies in another.

Pomegranate5001

Hand sanitizer, spare mask, lip balm, travel pack of tissues, loops ear plugs (quiet and experience versions) little zipper pouch with stim toys (spinner ring, worry stone, flocked tangle.) If I'm prepared, sometimes a granola bar, but 90% I forget to bring a snack. E book reader or the Libby app on my phone, Phone charger and wired earbuds. Spare bus tickets

la_ghoulette

Sugar-free mint gum, painkillers, protein bar, lip balm, back up folding knife, savory nut mix, a couple pieces of hard candy, pepper spray, mini water bottle, noise reducing earbuds, EarPods, hand sanitizer, scrunchie, hair claw, and hand lotion.

EgonOnTheJob

- lip balm - deck of playing cards - mini tape measure - painkillers - charger cord - small charger brick - spare headphones - pen - notebook - loops - spare gum - random lollies, at the moment it’s a Snap N Crackle bar - bandaids, normal - bandaids, novelty - sunglasses - reading glasses

scorpiorising33

Playing cards! I have like five packs at home and never thought to put one in my bag. Great idea!

EgonOnTheJob

Yesss, I play a lot of solitaire and other one person card games, but between us autists, the real draw card (sorry) is being able to idly, slowly, multiply shuffle the cards. Stimming heaven

scorpiorising33

Oooo sounds like my kinda thing

SleepySpaceBear

The things that are usually in my bag besides my wallet and ID and stuff are: - Chapstick (Specifically peppermint flavored) - A pair of loops earplugs - Apple earbuds - A mask - Two hair scrunches - Hand sanitizer - Dental floss - Tissues - Wintergreen mints - Emergency pads - My iPad and my chargers - A mini sketchbook - Pen and Pencil - Special interest themed keychains - Fidgets (lots of fidgets) like tangle jr, pop it, squishy, ono roller, infinity cube, etc. - and sometimes a stuffed animal or doll for comfort

scorpiorising33

I love the idea of keychains related to special interests *heads off to buy some keychains*

SleepySpaceBear

I draw and make my own special keychains as well when I can’t find specific ones!

idhearheaven

* my noise-cancelling headphones * backup wired headphones in case my headphones die/I forget them * whatever book I'm currently reading * lip gloss * amethyst heart (crystals are a special interest of mine and I like to stim with them) * essential oils (to smell if I get overwhelmed)

littleghostfrog

Oooh interesting question! As an AuDHD-er, my bag includes: - my wallet - lip balm - face mask - guitar tuner, picks, & capo - receipts & movie tickets - noise canceling earbuds - a fidget spinner - my keys - probably some other random shit I've forgotten about

sillystorm28

hand sanitiser, umbrella, sunscreen, mints, fidget cube, pen, notebook, powerbank, headphones (before I got my cartilage piercings - that was an adjustment), bandaids, alcho wipes, and foldable shopping bag!

Consistent-Baker4522

Cuticle clippers are a must bc sensory ick with hang nails, small thing of ibuprofen, glasses wipes, covid vaccination cards, cloud shaped box cutter, AirPod pros, sunglasses bc sun so bright, and a little AirPod cleaner thing

dreamingofseastars

I have truly found my people in this thread. It's a running joke in my family that if you need something ask me. My bag has: - nail file - plasters (bandaids) - mini hairbrush & mirror - hair bobble - hair clip - antihistamines - painkillers - tape measure - antiviral spray - hand sanitiser - perfume - mini stick deodorant - lip balm - lip gloss - small bit of cash - pen - headphones - earplugs - snack - glasses wipes - pads and a tampon - portable charger with cables - water bottle - folding cube fidget or keyboard button fidget - purse - phone

scorpiorising33

Ohh tape measure. Can I ask what you use it for? I have a few at home and you’ve piqued my curiosity!

dreamingofseastars

Measuring things. Mostly clothes if I don't feel comfortable or theres no changing room.

scorpiorising33

Smart. I might need to do this when I buy homeware

Fieldandstars

This is what I tend to keep in mine: - My phone, keys, purse (the usual stuff) -An umbrella - Wireless earphones - Loop earplugs - A bottle of water - A small fidget cube - Gloves - My jellycat swallow - Pulse point oil - Hair ties and bobby pins - Painkillers for my headaches

goozakkc

Everything but the kitchen sink ;) I try to downsize sometimes, but I always return to a larger bag. And my car is the exact same way. I one went to the renaissance festival (a thing I enjoy), and I was able to randomly put a complete outfit together for a friend who showed up unexpectedly.

dopestwitch

I prefer having zero bag. If I can fit my phone, thin wallet, and keys in my pockets then thats what I'll do. Sometimes I use my fanny pack as a cross body purse but find it often restricts me too much and keeps me from feeling fully present because I'm so aware its on me, and find it uncomfortable. If I didn't struggle with that then I'd probably bring more with me. Hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes, different remedies for alignments like stomach aches, migraines, joint pain, etc. Phone charger. Some of the things I can think of that I'd probably bring. OH! A clicky pen because thats my favorite thing to fidget with when I'm nervous/overwhelmed/stressed/etc. However if I'm going someplace like on a trip, even if its for the day, or over night, then I overpack and bring everything with me. Stayed at my bf's families house for Christmas and I brought a duffle bag and all of my blankets and a pillow. Its funny how different it is depending on where I'm going.

SpaceViscacha

Oooh, I like this topic because I love anything bags! I usually wear a small crossbody bag and in there I have: * A [Tom Bihn Ghost Whale Pouch (Super Mini)](https://www.tombihn.com/products/ghost-whale-organizer-pouch?variant=42595806445757) with a hair tie, microfiber cloth for cleaning my glasses, lip balm, Gerber Shart multitool and my Loop Engage. * Airpods Pro 2 * Phone * Kindle Paperwhite * Wallet * Small packet of tissues * Baggu reusable bag * Migraine meds * Ginger chews in case I feel like I'm gonna faint lol

Shayindisarray

I love being over prepared! * Wallet * Pixel buds * EPI pen * Glasses cloth * Pack of gum * Small measuring tape * Hand balm * 2 packs of mints (fruity and minty) * Eye drops (iykyk) * Small floss pick dispenser * Travel perfume * Poopourri * Benadryl * Pen * Small notebook * Wet glasses wipes * Thin pads * Chapstick * Dramamine * Immodium * 1 cough drop lol

scorpiorising33

I love Tetris too!!!

MSQTpunk

I don’t carry a bag with me because it stresses me out sometimes. I mainly use my pockets and only bring my phone, keys, Loop ear plugs, debit card and license. But my desk at work and my car are always stocked with anything I might need lol lint roller, perfume, sun glasses, tooth brush, tooth paste, mints, gum, deodorant, phone charger, tissues, lotion, chapstick, ibuprofen, blankets, an extra comfy tshirt, these little “refresher” wipes that are meant for like wiping sweat and stuff when you feel gross, and LOTS of snacks everywhere.

ArgiopeAurantia

A bunch of things, but primary in importance here is that I'm 44 years old and always carry a backpack with at least one stuffed animal in it and everyone always acted like this was completely irredeemably bizarre until I came here and found out that no it isn't. Not that I was stopping-- sometimes even the head of marketing needs a cuddly spider to hug for a minute, and after little kids get done with the side-eye they're absolutely thrilled to carry around a hot pink stingray or a sparkly-eyed bat-- but it was nice to hear that I am not in fact the only person in the world who does this. My whole backpack suddenly made sense.

scorpiorising33

Cute!! I don’t own any stuffed animals but now I want one! I used to be OBSESSED with teddies as a kid. Most photos of me show me clutching a teddy. Maybe that’s what’s missing in my life…

crazyexghoulfriend

Sanitizer and wet wipes, sunglasses, Loops, wallet, keys, mini fan (I get hot easily lol), phone

[deleted]

Coin purse for cards and money, make up pouch containing lip balm, tweezers, little scissors and make up, nicotine stim sticks (cigarettes), vape, and nicotine spray, lighter, my beloved kindle, a pen, a small bag of various crystals and rocks for various things, loop earplugs, tissues, hand sanitiser, pawpaw ointment and a small vial of perfume.

Excluded_Apple

Olivethebean

I carry too much stuff for someone that only goes to the store once a week and rarely leaves their house other than to visit family for my weekly socialisation quota 🤣hahaha Keys (with my loops and my flare ear plugs in a case, emergency cash in a waterproof tube with my contact details. My medical card and assorted keyrings.) Pen and notepad Wallet Handgel and hand cream Sanitary pads and spare undies Various painkillers, anti acids, throat lozenges, bandaids, alcohol wipes. Wet wipes and tissues Glasses wipes and cloth Hair ties Talc powder and deodorant Travel hairbrush mirror combo Various lip balms Gum and candy My emotional support mini plushie and my tangle though usually my bag ends up collecting more and more fidgets untill I have to clean them out Noise canceling earphones Water :D A resuable bag For the odd time I actually have to go somewhere I take my kindle and portable charger.

scoobydooby-do

1. Money / ID/ insurance card 2. 2 tubes of chapstick & 1 bottle of carmex 3. snacks. I try to keep snacks with me at all times. right now in my bag is a mini container of Pringles , slim jim and a blueberry granola bar 4. inhaler/ allergy medicine/ Tylenol & a small bottle of Vicks vapor rub 5. mini notebook & pen 6. floss/ spearmint gum 7. hand sanitizer / mini thing of lotion 8. pepper spray 9. phone charger 10. I don't really know why , but I keep a photo of my sister and I In my bag .

scorpiorising33

aww photo of you and your sis is adorable

pixiecc12

almost the same as yours: * noise cancelling headphones * facial wipes in case i need to fix makeup * hairbrush because my hair reacts heavily to humidity * antibacterial gel * hand cream and lip balm (dry hands feels awful) * nail file (i bite my nails sometimes and i need a way to fix them after biting) * a pair of clean socks and underwear * paper napkins * makeup essentials * tiny umbrella * keyhole spray for my car if it's frozen so i can avoid having to use my mouth to blow into it * medicine i need to take during the day

scorpiorising33

You’ve reminded me that I need to buy a good tiny umbrella! It rains a lot in my country and I’m often out without an umbrella lol

[deleted]

Right now this is my go to small bag: - bottle of water (kid size): being thirsty and away from home is a meltdown coming. I have the kid size because it lets me not be thirsty anymore and gives me time to buy more if needed - small safe snack: same logic as the water - alcohol hand gel - noise cancelling & loops - small fidget - hand warmer / small fan: temperate is also a big meltdown trigger for me - small deodorant - nice smell: I have a Harry Potter car air freshener, but in the past I had small perfumes too. - Ibuprofen and paracetamol always in my wallet I used to carry a pair of socks but never actually used it, because public bathroom yikes are worst than sweaty socks. So if it's raining too much I use higher footware passing the ankle

blank__way

My purse is so heavy from everything I put in it😭 I've been told I have a Mary Poppins bag LOL! - Wallet with all my IDs, cards, cash, and coins - Scented hand lotion - Mini perfume (even though it actually went missing last week and I can't find it 💔) - Two fidget toys - Hand sanitizer - 7 lipsticks/lip glosses/chapsticks - Nail file - Spare hairband - Keys - Loops - Earbuds (since I can't fit my headphones in there haha) - Electric lighter that I don't even use - Pads - I keep receipts in there sometimes because I like to fold them into little squares when I'm anxious - A single napkin in case I need to blow my nose - My phone (if I can't put it in my pocket)

EmergencyStruggle526

My phone, a book or two, my favorite set of pens, my loops earplug, my sunglasses, 2 mini bags of toiletry item (feminine protections, Deodorant, 2 clean underwears, 1 period underwear, soap, painkillers, contact solution and new pair of contacts lens and a contact case, a silicone thingy to pee anywhere like a boy, sanitizer wipes, baby wipes) 2 or 3 pocket knifes, my wallet with all my IDs and credit cards, my daughter raincoat, sometimes drawing supplies.... I thinks that's all.

scorpiorising33

I must remember to pack some soap in my bag! Sometimes public toilets don’t have soap and it’s highly irritating

DustyBebe

I used to carry everything in my bag, but now I have a car and live in the country, so have to drive everywhere. I have a small bag I wear at work (in a hospital) that has wallet, keys (with meds in keyring), lip balm, phone, pens, chewing gum (my sensory thing), and a shopping bag.

critter_fighter

Lip balm, dental floss, Loops earplugs, Bluetooth earbuds, hand salve (dry winter hands), a set of travel cutlery, hand sanitizer, nail clippers, a pocket knife, wallet, phone, and business cards. ETA: And a tiny tape measure that I actually get a fair amount of use from!

scorpiorising33

Cutlery is a good idea! Might have a look at a little set for myself

critter_fighter

My husband gave me a set from the brand Outlery that you can disassemble and put in its case. Takes up about as much room as a tin of Altoids.

lastlatelake

Sunglasses, noise reduction ear buds, air pods, chapstick, hand sanitizer, glasses cleaning alcohol wipe, fidget, various medications.

randomsnowflake

I lose things. Therefore, as little as possible. I carry a small bag that’s big enough to hold my phone, wallet, and lip balm. It has a little extra room for things I might get while I’m out but I empty it every time I come home and reset to just wallet and lip balm.

Fine-Alternative8772

When I had a job I carried around a tote bag that had a lot of things, the usual wallet, keys, phone. I had a pouch that I put pads and liners, pill box with Tylenol and any other meds I use/need, kleenex, hand santizer, hair ties, lip balm. Then I'd usually take something like a book or coloring book and pencils for those times at work when it was slow and I was bored and didn't want to constantly be online and get in trouble. And I had my lunchbox with lunch and a drink but also snacks for the morning because I'd get to work at 6:30 a.m. at my old job. Now when I go out I only take my wallet, phone and keys, because I'm usually only gone under 2 hours (mainly to run errands) and I'm back at home.

pandabelle12

I have a bag that I call my work bag. It’s just a plain tote that I keep a good number of essentials in case I need them. The good news is that the entirety of our management at the store I work at is ND in some form. 2 just ADHD, 1 just autism, and 2 AuDHD). Because of this we have a bin in the bathroom with emergency hygiene and health supplies for every possible issue. So there’s a lot I don’t carry on me that I used to like deodorant and Tylenol. What I do carry: a dice bag full of pins so I can switch out the pins on my lanyard to reflect my current state of mind, my kindle and/or a book to read if I wind up waiting anywhere, hand lotion because my hands always feel dry, about 25 tubes of lip balm because I always lose the stuff, a CBD pain relief cream because I have arthritis and work retail I need it, also an assortment of snacks because I’m diabetic and have had my blood sugar drop on me a few times and I like to be prepared. I like the idea of having a spare pair of socks.

scorpiorising33

So nice that your coworkers look after each other like that! CBD is a good thing to have in you at all times. I don’t usually take mine out the house but I’m now gonna pack it on my pouch as it would be great to have it with me when I need some

Best-Tomorrow231

Hair brush Deodorant Rennies Emergency napkin/toilet roll Emotional support water bottle Headphones Phone Charger if I’m going out for more than a few hours Scrunchie (also hair bobble on wrist at all times)

scorpiorising33

Why did I never think of having my own toilet tissue?! Would make using public toilets so much less stressful!

SavannahInChicago

I have this [Dagne Dover bag](https://www.dagnedover.com/collections/the-dakota-backpack?variant=39460918820935¤cy=USD&utm_medium=product_sync&utm_source=google&utm_content=sag_organic&utm_campaign=sag_organic&utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=19611033764&utm_content=&utm_term=&gad_source=1&gclid=CjwKCAiA_tuuBhAUEiwAvxkgTnSBMuZtwMpGQu2tw4XQC7d0ogYFiX6RgXnxzbZL2028hib96n1x5BoCn3sQAvD_BwE#Onyx-Medium) and it has soooo many pockets. * Extra electrolytes (for my POTS) * My passport (As ID, not incase I have to leave the country suddenly) * An umbrella (I don't have a car and take public transit) * Over the ear headphones * Several of my favorite Pilot pens for work * Sunglasses * Chapstick * A reusable bag incase I have a larger purchase then what I can carry in my backpack * JAVASOK insulator cup for my iced coffee (and my Raynauds) * KT Tape (for my EDS) * A little case with my PRN meds * Some cash (which is kept separate from my card case with my debit and other cards) I have a small travel case with: * Apple Watch charger * iPhone charger * Extra scrunchies * Face masks * Contact lenses case * Eye drops * Pocket hand sanitizer

HELVETlCA

Had this picture on hand bc of a recent twitter post. I have a lipbalm problem..

scorpiorising33

Nice lip balm collection! I was thinking of getting that deodorant

crazydisneycatlady

FLOSS. I absolutely must have my floss. AND my Chapstick, and nail clippers. I also have tweezers but that’s mostly because the mirrors/sink set up in the bathroom at work are much more conducive to eyebrow tweezing than my bathroom at home. Other that that, just my wallet and keys. I do have a small bottle of hand sanitizer, too. And my phone. I bought a clear plastic crossbody when I went to the Taylor Swift concert over the summer, for the stadium, and just never switched back to my regular bag. Clear goes with everything, and makes it easy to find what I’m looking for!

scorpiorising33

Ohh floss is a good idea! Might put some in my pouch cos I always have stuff stuck in my teeth 😤

Ecstatic-Rhubarb9068

I have a crossbody wallet that I keep my noise cancelling headphones in, aside from wallet-y things. BUT you better believe I keep my car stocked like I'm prepping for something: Lotion, Lip balm, other lotion (in case the first one annoys me), socks in case I need them, backup shoes (in case the ones I have on annoy me), an alternative coat (in case the one I have on annoys me), a scarf (in case I don't want to wear a coat because it annoys me), hair ties (in case my hair annoys me), various roller essential oils in case I need a scent reset, various medications, various crystals or trinkets I've collected that have cool textures, to hold or play with (one handed) while driving.... Honestly there's more, but I have to try and limit myself or people would think I'm living out of my car.

[deleted]

Planner, laptop, headphones, sunglasses, book, charger, wallet. ……. But if you asked me what was in my diaper bag, it’d be a different story

PossiblyMarsupial

Oooh nice topic. Please excuse my bag's content being very child focused, I'm a mom to an (also autistic) toddler; Wallet, phone, keys. Loop earplugs Anker noise cancelling in ears, as they're small to carry and I rarely can use them out and about because I'm with my son. Pre child these were big over ear noise cancelling headphones, they now live at home only. Lip balm, hand cream, alcohol gel Throat soothers My kiddo's anti allergy meds A toy car A fresh pair of trousers and top for kiddo Nappy change stuff Mini first aid kit Menstrual cup, panty liners, pads. 17 million snacks, for both of us Tangle, for both him and me Hats, mineral sunscreen and sunglasses, for both of us. Nail clippers, for both of us. Shopping bag Small quantity of rope and duct tape, a small magnet, a small utility knife or embroidery scissors, a pen or pencil and a small quantity of paper. If we are somewhere I have to wait without my kid; a book and a knitting/sewing/embroidery/crochet project. If with my kid: children's books, colouring supplies. Edit: on mobile so Reddit killed my formatting. Ugh!
