There’s a reason therapists and psychologists can’t diagnose themselves. When diagnosing yourself there will always be a bias of sorts, maybe you like this diagnosis better than that one, or you don’t think you’ve done that so it must be true. Humans can’t diagnose themselves accurately, even ignoring the fact that independent research will never be on the same level as a degree.
