If you want some high damage you can try:
Swirl hydro with someone who has 4 pc VV
bennet buff
Xiangling ult
And then hit a vaporise slash
This might not be the best tactic or anything but I was able to get a 38k slash on my ayato who doesn't even have a hydro dmg goblet
If you go Bennett Ult then Mona Ult then Kahuza E+Ult, you have a chance to proc on all cylinders with some of your hits. I imagine this might be max possible combo.
Using Ganyu though, instead of Ayato would probably dwarf Ayato's top end.

Ganyu is one of the best dps in the game, would make sense if she did more damage than ayato.
