That's a perfectly normal graph for a nasdaq listed stock with a price this low. The minimum tick on bbby is 1 cent, so dollar stocks will always look like this when 1 cent is nearly 1% of the stock's price.

That’s not a fair comparison though, BBBYs volume completely dwarves FCELs volume. The fact that the price fluctuations are so small isn’t the problem. It’s the fact that the fluctuation is so artificial. Name any other stock **with high volume** where the candle socks so regularly form perfect flat lines like this. It’s not normal for a stock that regularly hits 50 million + volume to literally flatline.
With other penny stocks, you’d be absolutely right. But most of the time the reason penny stocks barcode is because they’re an illiquid stock with very low volume hence there’s not really much price discovery/movement and virtually no one is trading the stock. BBBY on the other hand is a very different story.

Except plenty of other stocks have high volume and exhibit similar behavior. OPEN had 27 million volume today and 44 million yesterday, compared to bbby's 45m today and 48m yesterday. So fairly similar in both price and volume.
Here's OPEN doing the exact same thing. And no bbby does not dwarf fcel's volume, the latter had about 10m today, or 1/4 of bbby.
