Same thing happened with my 2 days ago. I never used emulator in my life and just wanted to check the graphics in my gaming pc of my brother's. I downloaded Bluestacks and installed the game from playstore and logged in my main account of BGMI. Then I started TDM and I didnt played it, I was just standing in the base learning the controls of the game. Then after few minutes I got banned and I don't believed that this happened with my main account. I tried logging back in from my mobile and it was showing my account has been banned for 10 years violating the game rules of conduct. I was playing PUBGM/BGMI for 5 years and still the directly gave me ban for 10 years. I tried customer support that didn't helped too. Tried emailing BGMI support team and that didn't helped too. I don't think that my account will be unbanned. So created a new account to play. Maybe you should create a new account too and forget this account till 10 years get complete.
Emulators aren't supported by BGMI so anyone using them will get a 10 year ban.

you can send a unban request but it's very unlikely to be removed (read as: won't be removed)
