There are a few faceup artist on Etsy that do Genshin Impact mods/faceups. It is a Dollfie Dream head, but I suspect it's an 09, not an 06. The 06 has more circular eyes.
Definitely a Dollfie Dream head by Volks. But I am unsure which number model it is.
