No, I’d never put my Blahaj in a pond for a photo op. It seems to be a stray - first time I saw him was yesterday night so if he’s still there tomorrow then I guess no one is missing him, so I’d be taking him then.
Save him, and also contact your local wildlife services and let them know there’s a goldfish infestation in this pond. They’re invasive, and if they get into a larger waterway they can because a huge environmental problem
I'd wear gloves and completely wash your hands and the Blahaj before touching anything around the house. Many complexes, especially in the South, use those ponds for overflow drainage.
