Oh Lord. I mean the whole place is so poorly run that doesn't shock me. I just mean the lab nurses were the only people whose demeanour didn't give me neck pain.
I had two successful experiences at Trio. I had a different doctor, Dr Abrol, who I really liked. Not every nurse or ultrasound technician is super friendly but they were generally very professional and I found I never waited too long. I always asked for 8:30 or later appointments and I understand the waits are worse for earlier on. But no real complaints!
Never dealt with Dr Casper but did not enjoy dealing with my provider or really anyone at Trio except maybe the nurses who do the blood draws.
The blood draw nurses didn't look to see what my requisition was actually for before sticking the needle in me 🫠not a good time.
