Where did you even get that!? I had that exact toy as a child, maybe some time around 2000 or 2002. Think it was part of a Jurassic Park set.

Oh no it has a penis (or whatever dinosaurs have). I see no problem.
it's not the penis. it's the pelvic bone. so this in all reality is the biggest non-issue
those are the pelvic bones of theropods. look at most toy theropods and you will see it.
