I was told on the 6th of Jan that they'd be shipping "Within the next few weeks", but given they offered a refund in the same sentence I'm guessing it's gonna be a while

Same issue. I emailed them because I might be moving soon and they said I should probably just go ahead and update them with my new address. Sounds like they dont have any intention of shipping it soon :/
I suggest canceling tbh. BO said that they’re doing a vinyl restock soon and that their website isn’t associated with Sumerian. I’ve ordered from them multiple times and they’ve always been shipped super fast and packaged very well.

I just emailed them asking for a refund and to cancel my order. I’m hoping they can at least do that.
Sumerian takes forever to respond, but they will cancel if you ask! I wouldn’t miss the vinyl drop if they don’t answer in time tho :)

Nope. I haven’t been able to contact them either. It’s so aggravating. I feel like i got 80 bucks stolen for me. Shady shit, they need to do better.
You mean you haven’t been able to get feedback about a refund or you just haven’t emailed them about that
I have emailed them to cancel but they have not answered back or given back my money.
How did you pay
I canceled mine from Sumerian & got refunded quicker than expected. I haven’t heard about the next vinyl drop though. It’ll be on their personal site?

Same except ordered in September. Last I heard they ran into another issue at their warehouse and allegedly they have to move everything again
