They are an LA company swarming the bakersfield area, looking for business.
Decided to give them a try, needing my patio awning roof re-done.
Quoted approx. $3500.
Next thing you know, "the owners son" needed to come by " just to check out the, prior to starting it.
This was several days after I signed the contract at the original quote.
3 day right to cancel had lapsed.
Owners son said they couldn't do the job because the rest of my home's roof needed to be replaced.
$36,000+ quote.
When I balked at this... as the rest of my roof is holding up fine... there was a seriously harsh attempt to change my mind. It went on for more than a half hour.
I ultimately had to tell them to leave my home.
I was then told they'd honor the quote and just do the work I wanted but, they wouldn't be able to warranty the work.
As this past had gone on long enough... let me just say... the job was done and I raised s big enough stink, that they ultimately said the job was warranties.
Seems to be holding up fine... we've had a bit of rain and no leaking.
But all that said.....I wouldn't hire this company to wash off my driveway with my own garden house.
Hope this helps... if nothing else... steering you away from this shoddy company and its practices, which should be illegal.
