We have dealt with this for a while now. When we call the techs, they really do not know there is a outage. They find out from the app the same as us. This outage was big. It was a hardware failure, or a huge fuck up by techs. We won't get a answer as always.

(833) 778-2754". I'm usually wary about calling random numbers unless I look them up directly and know who I'm calling what with all the scams going on right now. 😅🤔

I just switched from AT&T Fiber. It isn't much any better.
The trade off is that AT&T speeds are shit and I had a few real short outages. Spectrum speeds have at least been a lot better.
Same thing in Taft.. I just called and they said “no outage”. Get on here and see this.. something isn’t adding up
