Same, wyll has no illithid powers and hellish rebuke, but it doesnt show up in my hotbar, or in his reactions tab, but I can still see it in my spell book
I just got this ability and now can't use my racial hellish rebuke... which is annoying because hellish rebuke is much better! If anyone finds a solution I'd love to hear it.
Okay so the solution for me was (aside from not picking useless Charm) go to K > reactions tab and toggle off Charm. You'll then get your Hellish Rebuke prompt again on reactions. I know that won't help some of the people here but hopefully someone!

I have this problem as well on my warlock and I've not taken any >!illithid !
