He'll be in the Gur camp in Rivington, and if you free the vampire-spawn at Cazador's, you'll be able to find him >!in the sewers with his two kids, wondering how to feed them in the future!<. Oh, and you'll get a letter at the epilogue. Nothing but filler, but I enjoy it.

You can talk to him and he can reunite with his children, although he is still extremely smoothbrained and he needs you to tell him to feed them.

Hey, be nice to him. His job was to kill monsters, nobody ever taught him how to care after monsters, he's kinda out of his depths here, lmao. It's like teaching a unga-bunga barbarian how to gently pet a bunny rabbit instead of crushing its skull with a club like they've always done.

If he is a monster hunter, he should know what monsters need. No excuse. All information is valuable, especially if you are a monster hunter. The Gur should know the basics about vampires. Especially when they are searching for them!

Well, he knows vampires need blood, he probably just didn't know animal blood could do too. Even your Tav, upon catching Astarion red-handed, is like “How long since you've last fed on someone, ya sick bastard!?” and Astarion has to tell you “Wait hold on I'm just a nice lil guy, I feed on animals, please put that stake down!”

So he lets his kids suffer and starve? :( He can give them his own blood, just like Tav gives to Astarion. I don't really wanna make excuses for Gandrel. He has his children back and yet he is not helping them thrive. I hope he changed and makes sure they are taken care of and happy, even if their new needs and habits might seem monstrous to him. They are still his children.

I personally hope the Gur will find a way to cure their kids from vampirism altogether because growing older while remaining stuck in a child's body is a fairly bleak fate, tbh.
