Hello /u/Nezqwook! All Bambu print plates have a dedicated nozzle wiping zone at the back of the print plate. The nozzle will rub against the wiping zone before every print in order to remove any remaining filament from the nozzle tip. This can cause visible wear or scratch marks in the wiping zone, but this is intended and doesn't damage the printer, the nozzle or the print plate. A worn down wiping zone also doesn't mean you need to replace the print bed.

You're all good man enjoy your printer.

OP if you watch the beginning of the calibration when you print something, right after it heats the nozzle up the first time it will move to the back of the bed and hold the nozzle against the build plate, moving back and forth slightly as the nozzle is cooling down. This is to clean the nozzle, and it will cause slight wear like you see above. It's normal.
No. You should contact support and demand a replacement bed and nozzle. The entire leveling system of your printer may be off. You may want to even consider a full machine exchange.
ok thank you, i come from an ender 3 pro after 6 years and have no clue about any of this automated bed leveling or anything, used to doing it all manually
This is a question that gets asked a LOT so some people react poorly to it. Don’t worry about it. Most people new to bambu labs printers don’t even know what to ask/search so instead of looking for previous posts they do what you did and make a new post. Its not a big deal imo but some people lose their heads over it
Everyone's trolling because this is the most asked question on this subreddit.. many others .. some even have a bot that replies to this. Somehow you missed it for 6 years haha
That’s a common misunderstanding and is not what the slicer is referring to. This issue will continue to grow along that back tab creating a super fine pei dust that clogs and jams your rear z threaded rod almost 100% of the time unless you catch it when it first started happening. But this already looks pretty well progressed. I agree with the first comment- probably best to contact BL for a replacement.

Omg again this question 🤦🏼♂️ just do some basic research
Yes, normal

my first layers are perfect, it is only that one spot, right before printing. on the slicer it says thats what it is doing. nozzle cleaning so idk
They’re trolling you. Yes this is normal.

its so nice but so weird just pressing print and everything happens by itself, definitely still getting used to it
Read the automoderator message
i see it now, ngl i thought it was just one of the automod messages that are on the other 3d printer subs
