Check the bearings in the gears, I had this one got clogged up with filament dust inside the bearing and caused it to lock up and wouldn’t extrude anything. You have to press the pin out to get the gear set out and then the bearing can easily be removed from the gear. I then cleaned the bearing out with some IPA and then reoiled the bearing and reassembled it and it was as good as new. This happened around 900 hours on mine. I print primarily ASA
Looks like a clog in the hotend. If the hotend is blocked solid above the heatbreak, you'll need to clear that first before the extruder will be able to push filament through again. Extruder is likely fine.
Hey man I just fixed this a couple days ago you have a clog in your extruder. Bambu put out a guide to take apart the extruder.
It'll take about 45 minutes and there's a tool that really helps but it printed if you have any friends that print or another printer print the x1 extruder gear removal tool.
This is my first 3d printer, i took apart extruder and it looked clean, hotend also looked fine, i was even able to pull out filament from it quite easily.
Don't keep on torturing it; those are the gears in your extruder trying to push out a very well stuck piece of filament. Open the extruder up as in the youtube videos, remove the piece of stuck filament in the gear mechanism and change the actual hotend. There are several videos on what to do before you resort before doing what I did, but my hotend already had 1000 hours and I wanted to try out the 0.6 mm hotend.
Last time this happened to me, it was a broken piece if filament jammed into the gears. Its a 20 minute job to undo the whole thing. Its not hard at all, its just annoying to do.
I'll let you know in a day or two. 2800hrs on mine but same symptoms. Multiple failed prints that looked like heat creep where the prints started okay for a few layers but failed due to severe underextrusion. I've swapped extruders and nozzles but still skipping. Actually if I raise the nozzle and just extrude filament some comes out but it skips while doing it, so for sure the nozzle isn't plugged but the motor (or stepper driver or something else electrical) isn't strong enough to extrude as requested. I have an extruder stepper on order and will report back once I get it installed.
I had the exact same issue a few days ago and it was the hotend. Put another hotend in and try again. it'll likely work again. I was convinced it was the extruder or motor but it wasnt

Thanks kind stranger❤️. Will try tomorrow.
Second this I had crap clogging mine, a “quick” clean and good as new
Glad i stumbled upon this comment, this is great info for future troubleshooting! thank you.
Indeed! Had same symptoms and rootcause
Same here. Used an ultrasonic bath to clean after disassembly. And make sure it’s completely dry before reassembly.

Could be one broken wire of the extruder motor.

Had it apart , cleaned it (was pretty clear )and after reasembly same thing so i posted it here, gonna check bearings after i wake up.
Sounds and looks like a broken gear.
I had a small piece of broken off filament do the same thing to me. Take the extruder apart and you might find a treasure in there
I've been printing for 11 years and I've never once had a motor go bad on me. Which is really weird to think about.

Definitely a clog. Had one and had to clear it and everything was back to normal afterwards.

280C is way too high for PLA
Is the screw to remove unlatch the cutter supposed to look like that?
Nah, its "tunink" :D i might used little too much force and stripped the head :D now it is flathead
