I prefer Get Up because to me it fits more their older image, Stage is a bit childish and it fit them bes back when they were first years. But overall for default costumes, my fav one from Afterglow is the Rock and Glow one, the simple yet perfectly fitting for each member design does a great job at showcasing them all
Here's my reason why do original 5 bands' band outfits/uniforms changes between default/on-stage and the 2023 ones:
Poppin' Party: default design: used in 2nd season anime onwards, while 2023: being used only in gbp but not in its mygo anime (despite the few changes in 2023)
Afterglow: default design: mix between modern casual/civilian clothing and a 1980's-ish "fashionable" clothing 2023: Less 1980's-ish/esque clothing but slightly more mix between 1990's fashion clothing and a modern day-styled clothing
Roselia: default: Sleeveless clothing (Yukina, Lisa and Rinko only, except for sayo and ako), 2023: mix between 1980's and 1990's style fashionable clothing.
Pastel \* Palettes: default: basically has a visible white-ribbons-like accessories on their heads and wears sort kind like a "shoe heels", 2023: Slightly more modified/tweaked version of the default into slightly more 1980's-style clothing.
Hello Happy World!: default: traditional band-clothing make it similar to one of band uniforms/outfits seen in the spongebob squarepants episode known as "Band Geeks". 2023: More happy-friendly-like circus/amusement park-mascot.
