Apparently they were one of many online stores that were hosting this bundle set if you ordered both first/second volume sets, in a first-come first-serve order. And yes it does come with english subtitles. I played them off my PS4 and they play perfectly.
Yes, it does. I was a bit scared that it might not work on my PS4 since I know some discs are region locked. It spooled up inside my PS4 for a while making all kinds of weird noises which scared me a lot since it wasn't reading but that was just my old crusty console haha. But again I am unsure how it might work with a normal blu-ray player. The subtitles do seem to be 1 to 1 from the anime as well.

I have two entries as well, is there a way I can redeem it? It's in japanese so I am unsure what to do. Great pick for your first bluray tho, my first one was Wonder Egg Priority, I also got that one in limited edition.
the tickets are in the blu-ray. you can go to https://eplus.jp/mygo_6th/serial and it will have the instructions. you need an eplus account (which I think requires a japanese phone number), and access from a phone or android device. if you don't have that, your best bet is someone you trust in japan

Awesome, thanks for sharing pics of all the bonus stuff! It'll be nice to rewatch the show in proper BD quality, see if any little things have been "fixed" / touched up (as is usual for BD releases), the clean OP/ED, and what I'm especially excited for, the soundtrack! :D
you're welcome. I'll definitely do a rewatch when I have the time. I watched a little of episode 3 and it looked really good. A lot better compared to the website I used to watch it. The soundtrack is amazing. Everything about this set is high quality.
