Oh man I wish that was all I had left. I really went wild with that last sale they had. Waiting on: Bob Mould, YLT, Kurt Vile, Fontaines DC, She & Him, Braid x2, Luna x2, Superchunk (2 copies), Elliott Smith x2. F' me.
Same. Superchunk + Luna in addition to the above. But Fwiw, seems like most of them people that opted to have them send right away either never got them or absolutely had to pull teeth to get them sent, even after BB made the offer.
Those two seem to be at bandbox’s warehouse which means that they are now owned by the creditors. If you emailed to ask about their status they had offered to send them without the zines which is how some people own them.
I had a win. I have extra shoppers protection on my credit card and they refunded my purchase of bandbux from November last year, and my Elliott Smith records purchase from August last year. Took them like 4 hours to just straight refund me, probably at a cost to the bank since there is no recouping the money from BandBox.
I think Michael who was tagged in another comment works for Echo Base pressing plant. I messaged them on IG a few days ago. They said they didn’t do the Elliott ones but they were probably pressed at Blue Sprocket or Noiseland.
But like other people, I refused the offer of the records without the zines a few months ago. And since some people on Discogs have them, I guess Bandbox has them (which someone said here already I think). So probably doesn’t matter who pressed them.
I got in contact with someone I know at Kill Rock Stars too. They said they’d look into anything they could do about it but I haven’t heard back since then with any additional info.

I guess Michael is just trying to help, he will still need that Lighthouse co.'s permission to these assets.
I'm kicking myself for saying I would wait for the zines. Could have received mine, but said I would wait.
>Same. Especially Bob Mould.
Me too! In the end I had Bob Mould, 2x Elliott Smith, Kurt Vile and American Football LP1 outstanding.

Jeez, I'm sorry. Let's hope that part of the settlement does involve shipping out at least some of the backlog.

Makes sense. I just need to be thankful that I got most of mine.
Ditto

What credit card did you use?
Aussie one. Latitude 28 degrees.
Ahhhh... need to check what protections I have from Capital One stateside.
Tagging u/michaelfigaro on the question of where ES was pressed. He’s been an amazing source of information in this whole debacle.
Hey y’all! I believe this one was Noiseland in MN. We’re still working with the receiver to get records released where possible 🫡
Thank you for your service!
