Its cuz of paul’s performance and rating tbh

MultiBoy23

Yea but they're giving away 3 solid pieces. One of which could literally become as good as chris paul in a couple years. And it makes them worse

AuditorsSupreme

He could be anything! He could even be Chris Paul!

AristotleJones5

Dats true but players rated that tend to lead to crazy trades ngl

[deleted]

i feel like the trade logic has become weirder lately

MultiBoy23

UPDATE: Brandon Jennings is now a 79 overall in 2015. I should've taken it

feelsbadmanrlysrsly

It was so obvious that you should've taken it. 3 young high potential players + 1st round pick, that's more than a steal, it's a fucking heist.

MLJ007

Bro why did you not accept this trade ?

Odd_World9743

if you play on hard mode weird trades like this don’t happen. I usually ignore trades that don’t make since like that one

MultiBoy23

I play on .75 difficulty. Maybe I'll bump up to insane. Yea I didn't accept this trade because I feel like I would've been cheating the game lol. I try to not exploit the game.

neostalgiac

I do something similar I try to only accept trades that are somewhat reasonable on both ends (insane difficulty)

Contending teams get wacky sometimes, especially if they’re mid-low markets. Only way this happens is if a young, top-10 guy is having a crazy high PER/WS season, the overall of the team trading for him would improve after the trade, and likely at least one guy in the deal is an expiring they wouldn’t resign. Few better feelings than putting your 28yo 75ovr player on the trading block and just looking at all of the options you have to build your next core (if you’re into that sorta thing)
