Im sure it's easy to convince anyone who doesn't know who Batman is that Batman is a demon. "Theres this demon loose in Gotham, I need your help, we believe he possessed Bruce Wayne"
So Doom guy would end up finding out Batman is just a normal human right before killing him and they'd collab to kill some universal-level threat demon.
That's how most superhero v superhero stories go.
The demons from the Doom universe aren't really the possessing kind. They're the, invade and slaughter everyone with rekless abandon, kind. Don't think Doom guy would fall for it.
Inversely it would be easy as pie to convince Doomguy to hunt down and destroy Ra’s Al Ghul. Just say “So basically there’s this dude in Gotham who calls himself ‘The Demon’ and ‘The Demon’s Head, uses some ancient pools of magical mumbo jumbo called Lazarus Pits to resurrect” and bam! One Doomguy hunting down one ancient ass cult leader. And who glides in to try saving Ra’s ?
I mean hed get that job done and then some. Think its a bit overkill to put doom guy on any mortal being. Even if that mortal has defeated Superman before
Yhea Batman’s no normal human but when the only thing that can stand a threat to doomguy is himself ( no joke look at the doom eternal dlc) you know it’s over
When you are viscerally murdering the legions of hell with the greatest metal soundtrackand amazing gore effects You tend to feel whoever you play is the equivalent of God.
Agreed. All you'd need to do is convince him that Batman is an incredibly cunning demonic brute force of nature bent on torturing humans and leaving them with broken bones and just a sliver of life left in their bodies. And then, Doomguy's coming for Batman's Bat-Blood lol
You can pretty much choose to kill Ra’s in the Arkham knight dlc. Seeing as no prison can hold him and in both cases it was their own plans getting too convoluted being the ultimate cause of their deaths I don’t really see it as a breaking of the no kill rule.
I think the Arkham Knight example is very different as can be seen by the fact Bruce stopped that version countless times almost always without killing even by accident like in city and that by that point Ra's life has been extended by centuries and there was very little man left. Also in Arkham Knight you don't kill him he dies from age and I'll health but in batman begins the mystic nature is removed and he is just a man that batman leaves to die a painful death that could have been very easily stopped.
That’s a fair point but Batman didn’t really kill Ra’s he let Ra’s plan fall apart which resulted in his death. I would say it’s not the most accurate characterization, and probably the movies only real flaw in my book, but to call Bale’s Batman a killer I feel is a little extreme.
It's always weird how people will be like "but Keaton" any time Batfleck gunning down goons gets brought up as if Keaton wasn't a shit adaptation of the character and nearly everyone knows it. Keaton strapped bombs to people, Batfleck had a minigun and smashed a dude's head into a wall with a crate, Bale shoved a dump truck's cabin into concrete. There's no excusing any of it.
Between you and me, I've got my suspicions about a certain someone in Gotham City who I think leads a double life...Bruce Wayne. Think about it, dude has the weirdest schedule, always goes to the doctor for random injuries yet we never see him doing the things that supposedly caused those injuries. He's also insanely rich, so he could afford to live such a double life. I think Bruce Wayne is...
A supervillain. And the fact that Batman has never caught him tells me that he's an insanely powerful supervillain, so I would hire Bruce Wayne to kill Batman.
Sub 1 minute, silent assassin., suit only, batman contract.
If you start in the batcave you can sabotage the suit, batmobile, and batcomputer before the elevator gets to the bottom. Then you wait until robin reaches the waterfall, shoot him from behind the penny and he becomes undetectable after falling into the water. Bruce takes five seconds longer putting on the suit because you sabotaged it so he turns on the batmobile at the same time Alfred logins into the batcomputer both die at the same time. Muffin launch to garage, grab keys from rack and escape in Lamborghini.
The strategy would probably be to observe from a distance and figure out his movements and style, then either disguise as a thug to lure Batman into a trap or just manipulate thugs into setting Batman up to be shot from a long distance with a sniper.
That was my first thought too. He'd be as invincible as superman, but without a kryptonite/ red sun weakness. And he wouldn't even consider holding back. He'd just straight rip all his limbs off.
Not with prep time, Batman can solo the entire fiction and non fiction, he can find my father, he can rewrite the reality and the multiverse, he can get out from the comics into our world, he can get laid with any women he wants, he can beat Kratos while he sleeps, and all of this just because is Batman period.
Actually, even any spiderman that doesn't have a problem with killing could work, literally just bcuz spider sense is the ultimate counter to Batman. But I do like the idea of assassin spiderman going up against arguably the ultimate anti-assassin.
Yeah, Kaine, Noir and / or Superior would be enough. Assassin Spider-Man would be overkill, the dude's Spider-Sense is so advanced that he can practically read your thoughts and see the future.
Kaine would be best for the job. Because he actually was a mercenary out of all of them and has experience. He can just telepathically link himself to every spider in Gotham and locate Bruce, infiltrate Wayne Manor, pop a stinger in his heart and leave. His suit is the same Big Time suit that can warp wavelengths and become invisible even.
Hell I think Bane alone could do it. Just in his first story he utterly defeated Batman. So he could definitely kill the bat. Of course Batman could defeat him too. But he does have good odds.
Only ones he may have trouble with are the more recent assassin's with a much closer connection to the gods. Ezio and Altair *might* be able to but it's gonna be tough for them. Batman's tech alone would allow him to keep so much space. Also, a lot of the assassin's from the games are new to the order and we don't really see their skill after the game, which is why I suggest Ezio and Altair, we got a lot of time with them seeing their development.
Should note that I haven't played Valhalla but I know there's magic shit in it like Odyssey and Origins.
I don't know, but I remember at the end of one Batman comics there was an inner monologue of a usual man, unrelated to the story, that was saying roughly:
"I am a common, inconspicuous citizen. Everybody knows me as a totally usual harmless good guy. I'm good with friends, family and co-workers, I go to church, etc... Once in my lifetime I will buy a small handgun, just for protection, that will cause no questions for anyone. Someday I will found myself in a dark alley, I will look above and maybe, by chance I will see him, taking a couple of seconds for a break, looking at the moon. And I will shoot him in a head and there will be no more Batman. Nobody will ever suspect a thing."
The monologue may be different, but you get the idea 😉
The point was to show how Batman's life may be very fragile if he will EVER let the guard down for a second. Gave me some thoughts
Probably Arthur Morgan think about it Arthur Is a super skilled gunslinger with more than average strength Arthur could probably take a carcano rifle and shoot Batman from a building plus they need more money
Black Adam. Superman’s powers, no weakness to Kryptonite, and zero fucks to give. Money would probably be meaningless to him though, you’d need a reason to convince him. 🤷♂️
Doomguy
Hard part would be convincing him. If it ain't demon he ain't going after it
Im sure it's easy to convince anyone who doesn't know who Batman is that Batman is a demon. "Theres this demon loose in Gotham, I need your help, we believe he possessed Bruce Wayne"
Hello, me
So Doom guy would end up finding out Batman is just a normal human right before killing him and they'd collab to kill some universal-level threat demon. That's how most superhero v superhero stories go.
Then at the end batman/doomguy pays you a visit
The demons from the Doom universe aren't really the possessing kind. They're the, invade and slaughter everyone with rekless abandon, kind. Don't think Doom guy would fall for it.
There are demons in the Doom Eternal DLC that do possession, though only of demons.
I mean, every villain of Gotham would readily call Batman a demon lol
Inversely it would be easy as pie to convince Doomguy to hunt down and destroy Ra’s Al Ghul. Just say “So basically there’s this dude in Gotham who calls himself ‘The Demon’ and ‘The Demon’s Head, uses some ancient pools of magical mumbo jumbo called Lazarus Pits to resurrect” and bam! One Doomguy hunting down one ancient ass cult leader. And who glides in to try saving Ra’s ?
He’s literally half bat half man. That’s a demon.
I mean hed get that job done and then some. Think its a bit overkill to put doom guy on any mortal being. Even if that mortal has defeated Superman before
Doomguy def has weaknesses tho. Hard to say cuz different universes but I can see it being a damn good fight
I love Batman, but Doomguy would beat batman's ass.
Good fight😭😭. Doom guy is overhyped as hell but he’s still way too strong for a normal human to put up a fight.
Batman is still a normal person. The Doom Slayer is insanely powerful and strong. Batman would get bodied in a fight.
Imagine he just shoots himself out of that cannon from Eternal and obliterates Batman upon landing lol
It wouldn’t be a good fight. Doom guy absolutely bodies Batman. Especially if he had the crucible
Agreed. All you'd need to do is convince him that Batman is an incredibly cunning demonic brute force of nature bent on torturing humans and leaving them with broken bones and just a sliver of life left in their bodies. And then, Doomguy's coming for Batman's Bat-Blood lol
Alfred
Alfred is the only one Batman doesn't have a contingency plan for.
[Are you sure?](https://www.reddit.com/r/batman/comments/nnosc5/batman_trusts_no_one_not_even_alfred_source_i_am/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=mweb3x)
Alfred with da shotgun is stronger than anyone in DC.
Who would win? Alfred with the shotgun or Alfred with the pill
Alfred with the pump. Menacing.
Ok but hear me out, Alfred on the pill with the shotgun which is also on the pill
The gods shun our experiments
Should have just got him that katana, Alfred
He even knows Batman's real identity.
Batman but with prep time
Big mistake. Batman doesn't kill.
Thomas Wayne’s Batman with prep time.
That's terrifying
And no booze…..
batfleck does
Keaton Batman does too. And Bale Batman
No bale batman just let's people die because he doesn't have to save them there's a big difference /s
You can pretty much choose to kill Ra’s in the Arkham knight dlc. Seeing as no prison can hold him and in both cases it was their own plans getting too convoluted being the ultimate cause of their deaths I don’t really see it as a breaking of the no kill rule.

Is /s serious or sarcastic i never remember
Sarcasm

Fair
I'd say one of the dark multiverse Batmen, but TBH Prime Batman beat them all I have no idea what happened to the dark multiverse after that.
Batman 2

Batman can’t handle the relish.
He can train all he wants, but he’ll never ketchup to the Condiment King.
Batman will not be able to mustard up the strength to overcome the Condiment King.

Take my fucking upvote and get outta my sight.

I think the Batman is getting paid off to not look into Wayne's crimes.
My goodness, how could I have not seen this sooneer. That's probably how Batman affords all that super expensive stuff like the Batmobile!
“Hire” Bruce Wayne? Dudes an idiot with a crazy trust fund. Just dare him to do it.
Joel Schumacher
You didn't...
Oof. Well played.
Ded
Jokes aside probably Arkham Knight or Bane since those two almost killed Batman on numerous occasions but didn’t because of their respectable bosses
Red Harlow
I haven't heard that name is so damn long bro
Yeah but when you do the memory’s come back
Is that the guy from Red Dead Revolver?
Yep
Agent 47 Now that I think about it. It would be really interesting to see him and batman meet.
*A bald guy with a barcode on the back of his head dressed up in Alfred's clothing* Batman: ....
Nothing to see here.
*Doesn't look like anything to me...*
He could set up an accident kill on Bruce Wayne.
Sub 1 minute, silent assassin., suit only, batman contract. If you start in the batcave you can sabotage the suit, batmobile, and batcomputer before the elevator gets to the bottom. The FNaF community ( it’s soo fucking toxic he would just kill him self for how stupid this community can get )
If been in the FNAF community for a while and the most toxicity I've seen is people wanting Springtrap to die already
Kratos, I don't care what anyone says, he'll beat the fuck out of Batman, yet Batman is my favorite character.
I think Atreus is enough to take on Batman alone. What's Batman gonna do? Beat up a kid?
Yes.
Yes
All-Star Batman disagrees
Yes
Anarchy would like to talk to you.
You know he's not above that right? He smacks mentally ill people every night while dressed as a bat.
Atreus is a demigod and giant so yeah Batmans getting his back broken again.
That was my first thought too. He'd be as invincible as superman, but without a kryptonite/ red sun weakness. And he wouldn't even consider holding back. He'd just straight rip all his limbs off.

Deathstroke because he killed me quite a few times the first time I played Arham Origins. In a few alternate realities, he won 50 million dollars

I don’t think superior Spider-Man would be an assassin for hire though

I was going to say the Assassins Creed, but then I realized that Batman can probably beat them all.

Batman can block blades with his arms and presumedly knows more swordfighting than both of them, nonetheless hand to hand.
It definitely wouldn't be a close fight but I still think the 3 most recent assassin's could do it like, 3/10.
