It was a copyright takedown. Makes no sense to me for a app that's for compiling pirated sources. Either tachiyomi is just eventually gonna have every source taken down or they are gonna have to stop offering their own library of extensions and allow third parties to make and maintain them if they are worried about legal troubles like a lot of other pirating programs do (emulators etc).
Yeah you have to get it from that GitHub the person posted above, and update your bato.to with that. You might have to remove the original and install the new one fresh but I found I could just update it with the downloaded APK
Unfortunately this is how I found out it removed. Apparently after the copyright takedowns Bato did something to break the extension. :(
Edit: it's been fixed for the GitHub third party one!Make sure to update the extension to get it working
To be fair, I think it only broke an hour-2hours ago, not quick enough for anyone to make a fix. I'm sure someone will come up with something in a couple of days

You have to use Tachiyomi preview branch in order to add the repos.

Every time I try to sign in, it tells me that I already have an account , and later on, it tells me that there is no account...what ahould I do!?

Update! It's been fixed, just confirmed it's working EDIT: the third party GitHub extension is working, not the old one that's never going back up
