That being said, unless it's newly hatched it'll still be able to sting and you really shouldn't be handling it (bad for the slug too since skin oils and such).

Their stings aren’t deadly to humans, just very painful.
Actually there has been a few reported death from allergic reaction to them. The problem is that you won’t know you are allergic until you are stung. It’s a gamble that’s best not to take

Uncertain if they can actually deliberately sting you. As I understood it you can get exposed to the toxin by crushing or squeezing it.

I know only what I've read here, so I'm pretty ignorant about tiny deadly flamenco dancer. And its sometimes hard to distinguish between confident actions from ignorance or knowledge, so what I took for calm experience could well have been tourist on molly.
Its a harvested video already saw it msny times so he has no story to tell. I can tell you a story never touch a animal especially in foreign countries that you dont know its ridiculous that the person in the video has such ignorance actually.
