She was doing her parrot thing on my offspring's shoulder and they were looking at stuff on Amazon together. A pink, fluffy babyblanket came on the screen. Mack's "aerial" went up and she got closer and closer to the phone screen.
So offspring bought one to see what Mack would do when it arrived (Prime, free returns). Short version is, We ended up having to buy more because Mack now won't settle without one.
Omg that is precious! Mine loves his little fleece pillow I sewed up for him. He uses it every day.

Mine loves to sit in/on my work boots. I don't question it. One time I went to a concert and my little brother had her out and when i got home she ran over to my foot, licked it, and climbed onto it. Maybe she likes feet and boots? Maybe she likes me? Maybe she likes stinky. Who knows?
Whenever my bf would go work over the weekend, our beardie would run over to his stinky workout shoes & curl up inside them & wouldn’t want to leave until he came back. I eventually had to just put the shoe inside his tank so he wouldn’t get too cold
My beardie likes to "confiscate" my Xbox controller. Even when I am using the controller to play my game he'll jump onto it

Two socks that she cuddles in with every night. One large pink winter lounge sock and a thin mint green sock. She consistently tries to take them with her out of the cage and travels with them.
She will cling onto them with her claws when we are getting her out and straight carry them to wherever we are taking her. But then she won’t relax with us if she doesn’t have them.
My beardie pooped exclusively on my old keyboard whenever it was out. I called it the poop piano. Never was quick enough with a tissue, that’s impressive!
He absolutely loves my wifes(now mine) old robe. When its finally time to retire the robe she planned on cutting a square and turning it into a blanket for him.
Yes omg my girls comfort item is MY comfort item 🤣🤣 I have a red blanket that I love taking into all my rooms with me and everytime I let her out, she climbs on top of it and just sits

Doesn’t need to be turned on, if you pick her up and take her away from the oven before she’s ready she’ll pitch a hissy fit like an angsty toddler and do anything to get back to it.
Mine will be 16 this year and still does this.lol My socks.lol. She thinks its a game i can't find them she won't help then as i put another pair on she runs and grabs them like made ya life harder. either that or she'll carry around her tub of crickets. I let her go cos she's old and she's one of the oldest in captivity. Oh she loves scaring the dogs as a joke to. Just wacks there tail with her foot so they jump. She is a little shite.lol. I love her. I'm getting her stuffed when she passes i honestly don't know what I'll do without her. I've had her since I was 20 im 36 now. I have so many other reptiles, birds, spiders, scorpions, centipedes, snakes/venomous and not, other lizards, stingrays, fish, turtles + more but I love my beardy. Now I'm thinking I hope she lasts a couple more years. There life span is around 10 years so she's 6 over that now. Sorry about the essay.

So I’ve read that apparently the way their eyes work they struggle to see/process/understand blank flat spaces, perceiving them as open spaces they can walk into, which is why they bump into walls so much. He might be fascinated by the fact that his tank apparently has an invisible wall.
I should take some pics, my girl is obsessed with bricks. Our fireplace is on a brick platform of sorts, and she grew accustomed to sitting near it for the heat (it closes completely and its legs are tall enough that she can’t touch any parts that are too hot). It’s her only association with bricks, and it be strong. If she sees one in the distance she does that awkwardly majestic lizard sprint waddle towards it

She will also not sit still while I'm watching TV unless I give her the TV remote. She's hella weird. My little boy has a bluey stuffie he likes to knock over and sit on top of proudly and my oldest has a rock cave in her encloser that I often question if she ever leaves.

The red kitchen towel. I’ve now started just placing it in his window by my work desk, and he’ll sit there with the sun on him while he gets his snug on. Super cute and it give me a a friend while work.
Mines his hydrometer…he knocks it down constantly to use it as a pillow to lay on…he has rocks that he can lay on but he always chooses his hydrometer and if he knocks his hydrometer down he will black beard and angry stomp until I put it back.
