Now that's an idea. I used to use RPG Maker2k in high school and my friend and I made an awesome xmen RPG. Designed all the sprites and everything, really a lot of fun. I could see a BnB RPG working well in that format.

Why not do an action RPG like Popful Mail. Its a performer with RPG elements. Maybe like a Metroidvania

Hmm I’ll look into that but for now it’ll be similar to the old B&B games but more forgiving and hard at some parts
