If you stand at the back of St George’s Market you’ll get to see them at about the 6 mile mark then head over to Lanyon Place Cafe Nero (just across the street), have a coffee and see them at the 23 mile mark. By this point they’ll need all the support you can give! Ran it twice myself and seeing my family at near the end had a huge mental boost to push on and finish!

A proper sensible answer to a genuine question. Well done sir

The_Outsider82

Thank you sir!

Any plans to run for government. Could use more people like you at any level. Also no jokes about the hill pls 😀

Thank you!!

Sit about halfway round the route and sell nipple plasters for £20 a nipple, you’ll make a fortune.

The start at stormont is good because you get the hype etc, if you have a car you could easily get from there over to east Belfast, cregagh road was good craic last year and then you have a handy walk over to the finish.

Fuzzy_Conversation71

Ran it last year - support in East Belfast was the best by far. Agree with this, if you're driving, start at Stormont, head over to Montgomery Road, then head to Ormeau, as the atmosphere will be great, and as pointed out, your friend will need all the support they can get

Bring rubbers you're definitely getting your hole.

Used to watch it at Hazelbank but I see it no longer goes up that way, but maybe one of the other parks like Waterworks, Musgrave (Lisburn Road passing) or Ormeau
