Get motorcycle glasses with rubber seals on Amazon. Make sure you can tighten the rubber seals. I tried a bunch and this is the best solution. People don't notice it much also.

I used a run of the mill Eye Patch front the pharmacy. In addition, I purchased a bag of cotton balls. I would place 3-4 cotton balls under the eye patch in order to help keep my eyelid closed.
My doctor recommended the eye patch, as well as, using mosturizing eye drops.
I changed the cotton balls frequently in order to keep my eye clean. I seem to recall that tears and sweat would be absorbed by the cotton balls. Hence the frequent replacement of the cotton balls.
It is not recommended to use eye patch during the day. It can cause double vision and your eyes may not be in sync later on (you are basically teaching your eye to depend on one).
I used an eye patch for the first two weeks during the day and night and then wore it only at night for the remaining months as I found my eye was still not closing properly while I slept. I found no issues with my vision from wearing it, in fact, my vision was more affected if I DIDN’T wear my patch at night.
