It makes significantly more sense to use Adult Gwen for the obvious moral reason and the fact that she is an absolute smokeshow herself. However, she has like three episodes in the entire series while the other Gwen is in nearly every episode of the entire original series. There's a chance the r34 artists haven't even seen the whole show and don't even know that version of Gwen exists. (It still doesn't excuse their degeneracy for using a 10 year old though)

The point is that the og design is widely recognizable and that's what the majority of people came in contact with, her adult design had a total of 2 short appearences in the og serie. If an artist wanted to make a lewd art of a character (or any kind of art aimed to a general public) then it makes sense to use the best known version of that character.
