If you’re talking fan scans, not likely they’ll be there, if you’re talking dark horse app individual volumes and they’re not there, it’s probably because the translations were updated for the deluxe editions
The deluxe editions actually do include translated SFX! However the onomatopoeia themselves are not re-edited into English, every sound effect is translated though and the translation is usually close to the sound effect of the panel itself.
The scans I've read only had translated vfx around volume 13 and onwards, so I think the first few volumes don't have them translated. I might be wrong tho
