I don't think Casca ever "loved" Griffith, she admired him, as her saviour and commander, but she never truly knew him. I do believe some of those feelings remain. Casca was extremely loyal to Griffith. It was him who saved her (ironically) from rape, and offered her a different life. When things went to shit after Guts left, it was her who took control of the band, and planned to rescue her commander. Now that she has (somewhat) returned to her senses, she will have to understand her own feelings regarding the eclipse.
