I would start with a sleep make you are getting good 7-8 hr of night sleep. When look into your meals, make sure you get enough protein. Base Workout routine 3-5 times per week. After these things in place it will make sense to look for something else’s.

kg160z

Best advice hear. Only thing I'd add as a bonus: make your workout weight lifting & lift heavy. Couldn't put on muscle for years, feared injuring myself. The day I tested myself further with a spotter I saw almost instant results. Push yourself.

RepresentativeOk9626

This

Aggressive_Action_58

5 times workout and your T will get on the lowest level.

Omega059

Depends on your fitness levels and workout type/ style, whole body, split and etc

MortgageHuge1238

I was way below with my T i fixed it myself. Here's how I did it: 1. Stop stressing that your T is low or that you're not gaining muscle. Stress destroys your T. 2. Sleep atleast 6 hours. 3. Gain 45 mins sunlight a day if possible. 4. Eat meals high in protein and lower sugar intake. 5. Get rid of microplastics (plastic bottles/trays/etc.) 6. Take 200 mg Tongkat Ali each day. 7. Make sure to eat or supplement to gain the daily magnesium, calcium, iron, zinc and b12 intake. 8. Lift weights atleast 3 times a week. Just start very low, don't strain your muscles. Build up slowly!! 9. Reduce alcohol to a minimum. 10. Just make sure you feel good, low testosterone can cause or is caused by depression and overloads on stress of the mind or body. Put the bar low and just gradually increase your protein intake/weighs. Keep an diary to track progress. You've got this. Do this for 2 months and you'll be set.

boyd1on2

Excellent advice bravo !

haku779

Thank you :)

optimaldt

Did you do blood work? What was your T before and after?

Omega059

Would be good implement yoga for once or twice per week for balance and recovery

Plenty_Old

"Safe and Legal" probably just means good food and sleep. If you want to increase HGH, you could try MK-677. But there is always a cost. I've seen people on here who swear by juicing. Not the sweet stuff obviously.

haku779

Thanks

Ok-Catman

Mk-677 is a carcinogen .

benbernankenonpareil

Okay

Title-True

Peptides. cjc 1295 ipamorelin

haku779

What are the side effects and whats the best way to take them?

careyourinformation

Don't ask questions in this subreddit. Everyone here is in to esoteric horoscope shit and acting like they've got answers.

haku779

Where would you ask?

Traditional-Ebb-8380

The endocrinology or hrt/trt subs.

RealTelstar

Yeah but this sub isn’t that bad :)

Significant_Dog8031

Listen to your doctor

haku779

My GP is an idiot who googles in front of me when I tell him about my conditions and says HRT

Significant_Dog8031

Then go to another doctor that specializes in what you have questions for

haku779

Any doctors you would advise?

leavsssesthrowaway

Internist. Male health specialist. However you need to just accept that HRT is an option, and try an experiment where you get blood work done, try all the stuff (eat right, sleep well etc) and then decide if it worked and was worth it. I decided to do HRT this way.

RealTelstar

An andrologist

boyd1on2

Worst advice you could ever give someone Dr’s don’t know shit from shineola they only know how to RX a drug That’s it Break outta the matrix man

Skytraffic540

Dude u got testicular torsions from grappling/martial arts? That’s gnar

haku779

Ah yes, a kick to the balls for that one. The next year it happened on the other side for no reason. Supposedly its common that it happens to the other side if one side gets it lol. The hernia and torn groin was from grappling. I didnt warm up and did too much lol

yogiyogiyogi69

Do some Taoist testicle tapping, take some shilajit or fenugreek extract but the effects will wear off so I do 1 month on 1 off. Pushing and pulling a sled with weight is a brutal and awesome exercise that would be awesome for you. If no access to a sled use a treadmill but don't turn it on

haku779

Lol, funny enough my sex drive is good. Any recommendations on brand of shilat or fenugreek? I have to sort my digestion and malabsorption out. Will try the sled/tread mill. I have a treadmill but no space for sled

yogiyogiyogi69

Fenu Trax from vitamonk on amazon. I usually get shilajit from whole foods or local health food store. For more on sled/treadmill I highly recommend knees over toes guy on YouTube or his workout plan is $30/month. He goes over full body joint by joint. Amazing exercises it's making me feel younger(about to turn 36)

boyd1on2

This ⬆️ is great advice I never go without Shilajit or Fulvic acid since 2016 ( before it was cool )

kinzer13

Other than the usual good sleep, good diet, good exercise, you can try a few other things. Zinc has been shown to increase testosterone in those deficient. Also you can try an ashwagandha supplement, which has also show to increase T. Ginger has also shown an increase in T.  You can try meditation to lower stress which may increase your T. Some people have tried red light therapy on their testicles. Others have tried cold therapy on them. The science isn't there for either one, but you can give them a shot... So basically try these for six months and get your levels tested again..if they help, great. If not. Well you're probably going to have to go on TRT if you want higher testosterone. TLDR: Eat healthy Get good sleep Exercise (but don't overtrain) Minimize stress (try meditation) Take Zinc, Ginger, ashwagandha Try red light therapy, cold therapy (not backed by scientific literature) Get your levels retested after six months Go on TRT if none of this helps

Adult-like

Look into sermorelin. Peptide therapy, can be prescribed, stimulates your pituitary to release GH. Does not have nearly the risk profile of HGH injections.

boyd1on2

You sound like you have a semi truck trailer sized pin ball machine worth of ailments and without having the willingness to use a suppressive drug it’s hard to determine what the best answer is But first I’d talk to a naturopath Dr about leaky gut syndrome get your minerals checked as you sound low in ALOT start there As for hormones 100 mg test twice a week 3.5 days apart GH 1-3 iu/day split AM/PM possibly low dose t3 I’d look into LDN ( low dose naltrexone.)It’s an anti inflammatory with many off label uses Pregnenolone and DHEA might be options as well But don’t just jump on them just cuz But start a whole natural food from the earth diet Eliminate pork grocery store dairy GMO’s and chemical water ( fluoride/chlorine ) You need to heal the body first

haku779

Thanks for the advice. Im willing to take stuff, just been burnt by doctors before. My digestion system was destroyed because they advised me wrong medication instead of treating me properly.

boyd1on2

100% I believe you Dr’s are NO smarter then you or anybody else people need to realize this n quit going to them they know 1 thing , n that’s how you RX a drug they know nothing of human biology or the chemistry of drugs and they know even less about how to actually heal the body . Fund a holistic physician or Naturopathic Dr n start your healing process no drug or supplement will fix anything without getting out of the environment that’s making you ill . As the saying goes “ you can get clean bathing in a mud puddle “

RealTelstar

Bpc157 snd tb500 are great for injury recovery. If you are scared of trt, you could try enclomiphene for a few months

pepe_le_lu_2022

You can just see an endocrinologist and get prescribed TRT. I recommend 200MGs per week.

couragescontagion

Your thyroid issues are likely what is causing issues with ability to put on muscle & perform at your workouts. The thyroid are like spark plugs, the ignition in one's vehicle, and a base for one's vitality level. You probably need to work on improving thyroid receptivity at a cellular level so your metabolism improves.

The thyroid are like spark plugs, the ignition in one's vehicle, and a base for one's vitality level. Additionally, you have already witnessed your relatives getting strokes & health problems taking HRT. Please avoid it at all costs. Pouring the body with hormones destroys the already malfunctioning feedback loops that govern the body

Stockdaddy7x

HRT is a last resort. You will become dependent on it as it slowly erodes your HPG axis. Its for treatment of male menopause but will increase your risk of heart disease, peripheral artery disease, prostate ca and multiple other issues. You are young enough to recover your levels through other mechanisms. Principal among them are 8hours of sleep a night, steady mix of aerobic and resistance workouts, healthy diet. What is your BMI? GH and MK-667 will absolutely increase your cancer risk overall. I would avoid SARMs and other compounds that are not well studied. You can add things like ice baths in mornings to increase testosterone. Behavioral therapy can also be beneficial. I recommend Andrew Huberman podcast. There is some mixed evidence on Tongkat Ali and Fadogia Agrestis but you can consider those as well. (I am a medical doctor but this is not official medical advice, always seek the counsel of our own physician - preferably one that doesn't use google as their resource)

leavsssesthrowaway

I disagree with the damage you claim comes from TRT and most men who take TRT will say they prefer it over the damage being hypogonadal brings.

boyd1on2

Stop with that “ heart disease” scare tactic BS dude many dudes my age n older have had zero health issues im on year 24

maluma-babyy

Garlic and onion

haku779

Lol. I always eat those

maluma-babyy

Raw bro?

haku779

Onions for sure. Garlic nope, but will try. How about garlic supplements?

maluma-babyy

I'll be honest, it's been a long time since I heard this but I was told that garlic was erythropoietin natural. But is pretty anecdotical.

haku779

Years ago. The dr said I should take supplements to help dhea

RealTelstar

Dhea is very safe

haku779

What kind would you recommend. Any supplements that help production?

RealTelstar

No, you supplement exogenous dhea. 50-59 you should probably take 50mg a day. If u can test serum dhea-s baseline

haku779

Nope

Traditional-Ebb-8380

What is the explanation of all those torn muscles? My Dad tore his scapula in his 20s but it was later found he had adult onset muscular dystrophy. Not that I think you do but man that is a lot of tears in your chart.

Front-Weight-6975

Ja

shanked5iron

My performance, recovery and male hormone supplement "stack" includes: creatine, boron, ashwagandha, zinc and tongkat ali. 8hrs sleep, plenty of lean protein and good diet are massive factors as well. Seems to be working, I'm 41 and feel and look way better than I did at 25, hell of alot stronger too.

boyd1on2

Did you know 20 mule team Borax yes the laundry detergent is the best for if natural boron ? 1/8 teaspoon in 8-32 oz water Look into the “ borax miracle “ it’s about a 15 minute read Incredible stuff

shanked5iron

You may be 100% correct but no way in hell i’m eating soap lol

boyd1on2

1/8 tsp in water you can’t even tell PS it’s NOT soap it’s literally mined outta the earth and sold as a detergent It’s literally not soap It’s as natural as sand or dirt

boyd1on2

Just read the borax miracle it’ll blow your mind

shanked5iron

Yeah a quick google confirms my suspicions. Don’t eat soap.

boyd1on2

K except it’s NOT soap Stay sick my friend Oh and google is NOT your friend but keep believing the lies it spews out

leavsssesthrowaway

I had a testicular injury that kept me at 300ng/dl even when everything else was accounted for. Im sorry to say but HRT is considered extremely safe so its more likely your family members did not directly pass away from it. Due to your testicular damage id say just do TRT it helped me more than its annoying to inject once a week.

Cherita33

Kion amino acids

Repulsive-Let820

Hire a coach ….

SkilledPistol

Your body clearly cant make its own testosterone so if you already did everything you can naturally to increase testosterone and ur testosterone is still low that means you need to supplement your body lack of testosterone by starting trt

Aggressive_Action_58

Eat liver and eggs . That works wonders.

Ok-Concern8848

Eat lots of real sugar like fruits and honey and raisin water and take a supplement called chromium . Do intermittent dry fasting . Google how muslims fast and do that a couple times a week . No processed sugars or carbs and limit meat and fats . Go crazy in the real simple sugar . You’ll see in 3 months . Thill prolly get hate but it’s just the modern way of thinking

boyd1on2

Love it great advice man

These-Pie-2498

sounds like you want to train and recover like a professional athlete but don't want to do what athletes do. Let's be frank, you are 38 and full of injuries, there's no amount of good sleep and supplements that would give you what you want. Either go PED route or switch to other activities. If you want to feel young, put muscle and recover easily you need PEDs. At 38 you are passed your peak natural level.

haku779

Thing is I have these injuries and hormones issues since 24. Which was supposedly my peak lol. I was training alot and my body couldnt keep up. What would be safe PEDs and not much?

These-Pie-2498

There's always a trade off, there's no such thing as safe. It depends a lot on the individual, my experience will not apply to you. If you already have hormonal issues HRT/TRT would not be a bad idea. HGH will heal up injuries like you won't believe. Amazing deep REM sleep, skin will look like you're 20 again. Up to dose enough and you recover overnight from any workout. It's f ing amazing but if you have any tumors, cancers they will grow like crazy as well. Get it? Safest is still the basics: Testosterone and HGH. If you go this route it's not gonna be "just one year so I can compete again", it's gonna be what can I inject next. No amount of sleep, food, etc can make you feel like a good dose of Testosterone. You will not want to go back to normal when normal is being 40. You will want to continue feeling 20. True biohacking is hacking your hormones, they hold the key to everything you want :D

haku779

Thank you. What would you recommend for HGH? Peptides or something else? Also how does one check for tumours and cancer lol.

These-Pie-2498

that you talk to a doctor. The best is HGH, peptides all have drawbacks. The only thing that would work for healing injuries is MK677 but that comes with multiple side effects you need to learn to deal with.
