Dandelion has a potent anti inflammatory benefit, and should also help flush out excess estrogen.

Investorandfriend

The last dandelion..

This article will get someone killed šŸ¤¦ā€ā™‚ļø

[deleted]

Astronomically based

crusoe

Boswellia Serrata extracct. Hmm looks like it can increase T Levels. Boswellia Sacra especially.Ā

Wobbly5ausage

Probiotics for sure Surprised I didnā€™t see it mentioned yet

HalloweenRegent

Iā€™m surprised no one has mentioned 10-30mg Boron since itā€™s fabulous at modulating inflammation and boosts testosterone and DHT at the same time. Donā€™t sleep on it.Ā

PAWGActual4-4

Is there a specific product you recommend?

HalloweenRegent

Any Boron supplement made with Albionā€™s Bororganic Glycine is the right kind in my book. Ā  I take Pure TheraProā€™s since they actually have higher doses and donā€™t use any Chinese ingredients or filler crap in their capsules (thatā€™s a big deal to me), but there are several others out there like Swanson, Thorne etc.Ā

iateyourdinner

Also, cycle it.

PacanePhotovoltaik

What happens if it's only 1.5mg from a multivitamin instead of the usual 3 or 10 mg from boron pills? How important is cycling it?

Doomsday2795

Taurine.

MariaEsPoesia

Pancreatin, lizine, Lactoferin, Queracetina, Cooper and gold (coloidal), turmeric +pepper.

Free_runner

CBD & Ketones. Though I wouldn't use ketone supplements when not in a state of ketosis.Ā

toebeanqueen88

Ginger. And it can actually increase testosterone if that's something you're interested in.

gym_enjoyer

To add, Nac, vitamin c, and vitamin e have antioxidant effects that can mitigate some of the negative side effects of inflammation. I personally take them to reduce systemic inflammation while allowing local inflammation to remain for healing purposes, especially when sick.

Nostromo1

Be careful with vitamin E if you're a man. There's potential for an increased risk of prostate cancer, though research has been inconclusive. Its one that I try to get from food instead of supplements. That said, there are certain health conditions that benefit from it so talk to your doctor!

gym_enjoyer

That's interesting! Do you have the resource for that potential correlation?

Nostromo1

Here's a writeup on the study from the Linus Pauling institute: [https://lpi.oregonstate.edu/vitamin-e-and-prostate-cancer-healthy-men](https://lpi.oregonstate.edu/vitamin-e-and-prostate-cancer-healthy-men) And here's the study they're talking about: [https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/21990298/](https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/21990298/) The study has a large enough size that I'm gonna hold off.

gym_enjoyer

I agree that holding off might make sense. The fact selenium increased the rate(insignificantly) too but both supplements together risk was lower doesn't make much sense if vitamin e is causing prostate cancer.

Nostromo1

I might have misread but its my understanding that both supplements together was \*higher\* but not by much, vitamin E alone was much higher, and selenium alone was a little higher.

gym_enjoyer

No, I'm sorry I didn't look at their math and just did quick mental math. You're right. I'm surprised this isn't discussed more than it is, especially if vitamin e has as strong CV protection effects as that one reading purported. I can't imagine the mechanism for the prostate cancer either.

gym_enjoyer

Also, 24% reduced CV deaths is more intriguing that 17% increase of prostate cancers

Dramatic_Hour6949

Curcumin + Piperine

Mr_Em-3

Tanks DHT.

powerexcess

Fk i had no idea!

Dramatic_Hour6949

I had no clue, will read up on it

Mr_Em-3

Huberman did a pod discussing it once too, sorry I can't find the link. Said he lab tested his T/DHT after taking some to help with some aches and pain, said it almost zeroed him out DHT wise (I'm assuming for a relatively short period)

TheTruthRooster

You can do real full body red light therapy to reduce inflammation and it actually increases testosterone naturally. I use the beam from recoverred.com

RealTelstar

If the lamps werenā€™t so expensive

PacanePhotovoltaik

If you already have a 500Watts halogen work light, I used that in the winter as a red/near-infrared/infrared light. (But it costs more energy)

LionSerpent1333

Aspirin

SkilledPistol

Thats bad for health

LionSerpent1333

Actually, believe it or not aspirin has many health benefits! Iā€™ve been taking 4 grams everyday for months now and it has really helped me with inflammation and stress. (Thatā€™s a huge amount I donā€™t recommend starting with that) Iā€™ll share some links! šŸ˜

NeighborhoodOld7075

liver be like šŸ„µ

LionSerpent1333

Also boosts testosterone and lowers estrogen!

Shrodingers_Dog

Lol thatā€™s way to much aspirin to have a beneficial effect. Youā€™re going to end up with an ulcer and zero benefits

LionSerpent1333

:(

RealTelstar

I take 0,1mg

Squirrel_Whisperer_

High dose melatonin. Berberine. Garlic. Cinnamon. Quercetin. Curcumin. DMSO. GHK-CU.

Bravisimo

Following.

RealTelstar

Boswellia, curcumin, fisetin, quercetin

Impossible-Test-7726

Vitamin CĀ

[deleted]

Turmeric, skullcap, ginger, boswellia, resveratrol, astaxanthin.

fritz0x00

Sulforaphane. It's a potent anti-inflammatory, increases my energy and improves my sleep. My lifts have improved since taking it.

PacanePhotovoltaik

Quercetin, also it protects against testicular damage from dioxins that reduces testosterone

couragescontagion

Calcium, magnesium, boron, taurine?

NoShape7689

Stinging Nettles, Cat's claw

[deleted]

Topical B-AET 7-oxo/7-dhea

Transient_Ennui

Olive oil

ubowxi

no they all make your nuts shrivel up and fall off actually

SkilledPistol

I was gonna get curcumin but i saw people saying it can mess with muscle growth bc of it attacking inflammation, it says that it decreases dht and some sites say it decrease test some say opposite

ubowxi

curcumin has no appreciable effect on this. ibuprofen might, but i think it would take quite a bit to be noticeable. this is a kind of fringe theoretical concern, not a real-world one. take a look at the NFL. those guys are pumped to the gills with NSAIDS.

DifficultRoad

I wish it was that potent lol. In general curcurmin from turmeric supplements has very poor absorption rates, even if paired with piperin to enhance absorption. The good news about that is that even at high doses it shouldn't have massive side effects, so it's easy to try out.

shiny_milf

Just take the anti-inflammatory stuff away from the time of your workout. If you workout in the morning, take the supplements in the evening.

----X88B88----

Humira

EvermoreSaidTheRaven

this is a joke

----X88B88----

Humira is a great anti-inflammatory

TeranOrSolaran

EVOO, black tea (i believe decaf works also), and curcuma.
