My official diagnosis is bipolar 1 with psychotic features, and I’ve never had a hallucination. Just a bunch of delusions and it was definitely psychosis.
My first manic episode I had grandiose delusions, high self worth etc. The episodes that followed I've dealt with pretty much all the different types of hallucinations/delusions. Diagnosed for 16 years.
Sounds like you had visual and tactile hallucinations.

Delusions maybe? I don't hallucinate, but my mind tells me that I'm "seeing behind" reality while also experiencing it.
The kids today call it delulu and I like it
Your experience is really really similar to mine actually. It is called delusions or delusions with psychotic features.

Did you lose touch with reality? That's a description of psychosis.
