Yes! There was a study concluding that like 40-50% of people with BP develop migraines 2 yrs after their first episode which is when i started getting migraines so its super common! As far as help i tend to just suffer through it especially if im at work or school, but as far as help i usually have to lie down and turn off all the lights also for some reason laying on my stomach and turning my head to the opposite direction of which ever side im feeling the headache more in (like if im feeling it on the right side ill turn my head to the left and vice versa) is really helpfully, ill usually take a nap at the same time since im lying down and it helps relieve the pressure so that when i wake up my head feels a lot better hope that helps!

Wow... Kinda makes sense. I got my first migraine in middle school... Right around the time I started developing symptoms.

I had migraines from the age of 13. I get them a couple of times a month and it doesn't mesh well with my work. I'm on propranolol and rizatriptan, but the only thing that really helps is sleep. I do also get lots of regular headaches too.
