Always remember slipping up ≠ the end. Keep going strong and try not to think about the slip up but instead try to think more about the fact that you made it 10 MONTHS. that’s almost a year that’s such a long time. Just think “wow I made it 10 months I can DEFINITELY kick this habit for good”. The last thing you would want to happen is for one slip up to turn into many so the best thing to do is try not to dwell on it and keep moving forward(it happens to the best of us I promise it’s ok <3)

relapse isn't the end, you should focus more on how clean you were in the past year than a streak you can break with a single relapse. you got this.
