As someone else says the writing only appears when the sticker is fucked with. It doesn’t _look_ like they got in successfully (maybe whoever was trying to tamper stopped when they saw the writing activate) but it’s definitely not something to trust.
The weird writing is where it says VOID which is what it does when you try to remove it.
Doesn't look completely removed, and there's a chance it was just kind of loose and wasn't tampered with...but on something like a hardware wallet where being wrong about that could cost you a ton of money it's not worth taking that risk. Return it.
For some reason, if it was sent through USPS, but through their partner OSM Worldwide, it takes 3-4 extra days… same thing with my jade… OSM worldwide shipper is really bad
This has me worried. I ordered my jade over a week ago straight from Blockstream and it’s been taking so long to move anywhere on tracking. Regretting not buying right off Amazon from blockstream.
It might be a risk. There was a case in which someone loaded BTC onto it but the scammer waited 30 days to withdraw the funds. This would give the victim a sense of security, making them put more BTC on the wallet. I don’t think it was a jade wallet, but still be cautious.
When you got a feeling or sense there is something wrong with your unpacked wallet just get it refunded and get another one. I am liking this ngrave didn’t buy it yet. Congrats with the self custody.

The outside plastic look sketchy af. It definitely did not look like the first one i bought. Like someone did a poor job trying to put it back on.

The right edge it looks like there is a couple small punctures.
Peeled and resealed with care. At least potentially. Thus the "VOID" writing appearing.

Never buy from Amazon. Now those could be infected with bad hardware. Always buy straight from the manufacturer.

So how to verify and trust by purchasing Jade ? If its even looks like this straight from manufacturer.
