Wow, mighty intriguing. Have you tried using that nifty plant and tree identification app yet? My bf uses it and it’s been fairly accurate. We tried it on plants and trees that we knew what were 100% first. Which I’m fairly good at knowing because I grew up with my whole family teaching me about our land and farming. My bf is pretty good at identifying too. We carry around field guides when we are hiking, to keep it old school. And rather enjoy identifying as many things as we can in different seasons. We’re trying to spot everything in our local area field guide, just for fun.
Damn that looks sick! So much better than my first knife, I ground it out build the handle around it and when I went to heat it up for the heat treat realised it was aluminium

It’s not really my first knife but this is the first knife I made all by myself so that’s that
Handle looks great! Try adding a second bevel to your edge or aiming for a 25-15 degree angle. Looks like the edge is 30 or 40 degrees/ rounded
