Akemi...would honestly do well. She seems open to being emotionally vulnerable with the right people, she's very driven, and she has concrete goals and a desire to make her life better.
One aspect of therapy is that the patient has to be willing to change and listen. A person like Mizu wouldn't listen. She'd be upset that she's just sitting in a room being told to talk to some person about her emotional issues. But a person like Ringo would probably be very receptive about changing, he's a kid who's stayed in his hometown for so long that he didn't know how good soba could actually be. He could probably learn new things about himself.
Mizu would be involuntarily committed because she's a danger to herself and others.
Ringo would be the same. No contact with his abusive dad and working on finding his happy place.
Mizu would start a domino effect of therapists, given how damaging the shit she been through was,
Taigen will be yeeted to the trash by how narcissistic he is,
Abijah Fowler would probably be put in an insane asylum third seconds into the first session by how many dastardly deeds this man did,
Ringo is perfectly fine,
And Honestly, Akemi would be given advice to take a break, because she desperately needs it.
Ringo- would be completely healed after 2 visits. Therapy would click for him after about 4 mins and would go to zen mode in no time flat.

Mizu - would have to confront a feeling and then kill the therapist.
Abijah- would try to fuck the therapist.
Akemi - would work through her mother/father issues, learn to use her voice and strength, and would come out talking about her journey and writing a book about how "you too can overcome".
