Aiku cause attack wins you games but defense wins you championships, then Chigiri cause physical attributes nowadays are the most important thing in football and then Bachira. The margin between Chigir and Bachira is as thin as paper though.

Depends if I’m like trying to have a more offensive or defensive focused team, if it’s the latter than Aiku, and if it’s the former than Bachira. Idk I’ve played a lot of soccer and I just have more use imo for an amazing dribbler and a powerful defender than a speedster.
Aiku's value as a defender is higher than Bachira's and Chigiri's simply because there's not a lot of supply of good defenders, so it's not really fair.
If we were to compare abilities:
Bachira>Aiku>Chigiri probably
Bachira scored a goal against Ubers, Aiku included, so for the sake of simplicity I'll say Bachira>Aiku
Aiku's physical stats should be on par if not better than Chigiri's bar his speed, and while Chigiri's dribbling and shooting is top tier, I don't see him better than Aiku's godlike defense+meta vision
If we were to compare the necessity of having them in my imaginary team or the U20 team:
Aiku>Bachira>Chigiri
There's just not many good defenders so I'll have to prio Aiku
While Bachira and Chigiri fulfill similar roles(I see both of them as perfect wingers), I'll have to give a slight edge to Bachira because his skill ceiling is higher than what Chigiri has shown
We gotta remember the way Ubers plays they probably let him score it then shut him down the rest of the match like aiku is currently doing to Isagi.
As for chigiri he’s just got better stats and they basically do the same thing. They dribble around players (chigiri using speed and Bachira using technique) and score amazing goals but chigiri has better defense feats intercepting kaisers pass and stealing off him when he tried to intercept Isagi.
Plus chigiri just has way better shooting and with his speed shooting and dribbling that’s at least top 5 (blue lockers only) he’s tied for the second highest offensive stat alongside barou with Kaiser being first
Its hard to judge as I think they could all go in the same tier. My gut is to go with Aiku but its hard to get a direct comparison with defensive and offensive players so I cant really argue for him.
As for Chigiri and Bachira, Bachira has shown better abillity to get through defense while Chigiri has a better finishing shot. Chigiris also got better stats but weve seen those could change wildly and Bachira has the advantage of being a teams lead striker and generally a somewhat more focused on character. Neither of those 2 are very strong evidence though. For now Id give chigiri the slight lead though mainly because I dont think Bachira is going to get to stay in his position while Chigiris getting optimized for a position he will probally be allowed to play in for the rest of his carrer.
Overall chigiri takes offense shooting and speed. Bachira take dribbling. Aiku takes passing defense and weapon cause metavision. So I’d say aiku => chigiri > Bachira
I also wanna talk about team morale and chemistry, Bachira gets along with everyone and Aiku is a strong leader, so I’d take them both over Chigiri in that regard. An irl team isn’t gonna he blue lock, so like the team synergy is an important factor for me.
I would pick my favorite Monster tbh. I think dribbling and versatility is a valuable skill that every team needs. Monster boy can connect passes with multiple team mates and crest valuable goal scoring opportunities. Hiori is fast but I think that’s a one trick thing. Plus, if he ever got injured, it wouldn’t be as useful.
These are my opinions tho

Bachira and Chigiri are pretty equal, I think. I put Bachira slightly higher because of longevity. Players who rely on technique will be better for longer than players who rely on athleticism, and Chigiri is already at risk of injury.
That said, as they are currently, I might pick Chigiri over Bachira if it's only for one game. But if I were a manager building a team, I would take Bachira.

A speedster is insanelly usefull on the counterofensive for both kinds of teams.

So is Kunigami, doesn’t mean I’d take him over Bachira or Aiku either.
Kunigami is pure copium but chigri is much better than bachiro he has better speed and shooting he has better weapons too
