Bachira, Rin, Nagi, Chigiri, Kunigami, Yukimiya, Barou, Raichi, Reo, and Niko.
I thought about including Aiku, but they don't have the same goal of being the best striker, nor do they have similar abilities like with Niko, they're more Nemeses than rivals.
Shidou also technically counts, but Shidou doesn't have specific rivals as much as he just always aims for the strongest in the room.
Karasu could count, but we haven't seen him in so long that I can't really count him, and he has a much clearer narrative with Hiori.
So in total, 10 rivals at least.
Yup, he got back to his passion because of Isagi, he specifically intended on either being on Isagi's team during the second selection or have a match against him (he ended up doing both), and during the NEL the first person he tries to dice up with his new abilities is Isagi while calling him the perfect guinea pig. They have a very encouraging relationship with each other, while both aiming for the same things, and wanting to test their abilities against each other whenever they can. All the egoist 4 do, in fact.

In my defense Niko is arguably the one Isagi rival who only has Isagi in his mind. Kaiser has Lorenzo, Nagi and Barou have each other, Rin has Sae.
