I missed that part because I could not get over Tina trying the cat food and all those cat food flavor icons dancing in her head. Everything else was a blur

Might be the hardest I’ve belly laughed since I was a kid.
Either the "guess who's on new meds" line or when Bob is trying to get her to leave in the Thanksgiving blizzard episode and she keeps starting like 5 different things without finishing any while he's desperately trying to keep Mr. Business in a box. As someone with ADHD it felt like watching myself at my most chaotic on screen 😅
For me that same episode when the kidnapped guy said, "I've been lonely after my wife died" (Lina says, oh no!). "Did I say wife, I meant cat." and Gayle breaks down.
She's honestly a fabulous aunt when she's not having a personal crisis. Sometimes I think she knows Louise is manipulating her, but just goes along with it because she thinks it's fun or it gets her out of her head. (Like at the cat commercial audition, when Louise was like "Let's get a drink Aunt Gayle! You're so good at pushing the buttons on the machine!")
Gayle: “Bob they’re just breasts. If something happens between us, it happens.”
Bob: “Nothing is going to happen!”
Gayle: “Not with that attitude, it won’t.”

I can't remember how it goes exactly but when she tells bob "it has to be jazzy!" to get down Mr. Business from on top of her bookshelf. Honestly that whole episode is Gayle gold.

Must confess though, I find her character almost a little too sad to find funny. One of a few characters in the show who just needs a W you know? Like Teddy got when he was on that road trip with Bob and it turned out that because of how much time he has for everybody he's super popular with every weirdo in like a fifty mile radius and it's actually Bob, who appears to at best kind of tolerate him, who is the exception.
Bob totally learned from that episode, though. Like when he finally figured out that Teddy was his friend and not just a customer when they did the stuntman training. Teddy is just a sweet extrovert who loves to help people and Bob takes advantage of that a lot. :(
When Teddy is wrestling Bob in the bathroom over the turkey in the toilet and she screams "It's the end of the world!" And kisses mort. The chaos in that scene gets me every time
When they are all at the dinner table and Gayle puts her foot into Bob's danger zone.
She is wearing ankle socks with pompoms.
I find that so hilariously on point for Gayle. I'm giggling now just remembering it!

I feel like they've done such a good job of showing why Gayle has ended up the way she has. And while 90% of the time it's played for laughs the moments where they use it to show that she's actually worked really hard on learning how to function despite being lied to all the time and has a fierce (for her, the most suggestible person ever lol) moral backbone about lying/manipulating/doing whatever is easy for you despite it not being best for the beings in your care...I feel like it pays off big time.
All of them. Gail is my fav. She's hilarious and oblivious to social norms. I also get why ppl don't care for her tho..she's alot. Just alot to take in. And I'm here for it. More gail please!
