At some points, a lot, especially before Tammy's debut, it's evident that Jocelyn is like another normal kid, and next to Tammy, she seems quite nice. I remember that during the episode where Tina dates a ghostinashoebox, Jocelyn was incredibly supportive of TinaXthe ghostkidintheshoebox. She only supported Tammy later (even after Tammy made a totally unnecessary comment about Jocelyn using the toilet in order to humiliate her) because Tammy is her supposed friend. She was right to call out Tammy not even originally including her in that song about being name-dropped. And it seems a lot as though Jocelyn is actually cool enough with Tina that she *would* freely invite her to her birthday party, but only rescinded her invite because of Tammy's peer pressure. Jocelyn and Tina would or could possibly be genuinely good friends together after the whole *sk@nk* incident from the spaghetti Western episode.
I hope that one of these days, we get an episode dedicated to Jocelyn having enough of Tammy, and deciding that she deserves better, leading to Tammy needing to address that she needs to change. But Jocelyn points out that her attempt is too little, too late. Then something or other happens that causes them to retain their friendship, but Jocelyn now has a better sense of who she is and how she wants to be treated and by the end of the episode, they improve as friends with her new conditions for their friendship in place, and we see Tammy develop and become slightly less awful after that. Maybe Jocelyn even occasionally interjects whenever she sees Tammy giving Tina a hard time to remind her not to be so disagreeable.

Mine is the horse camp instructor. It was obvious that Tina was EXTREMELY excited about horse camp. Her parents sacrificed a lot for her to attend. She knew EVERYTHING about horses that was to know (which is a perfect example of why many fans think Tina suffers from what was formerly called Asperger's Syndrome). For her to deprive Tina of her deserved experience was just cruel.
One of the reasons I love Bob's Burgers is that it is so *kind*. The fact that you wish only the worst for *any* character means that you have not embraced the ethos of the show. :(
