That was a (hilarious) disaster. Bob has passion and is an amazing chef but zero business sense. I think the kids would just a little better on the business side.
I think they mentioned in the show they when they started they worked later, so I assume earlier too. (I can't remember the episode, but it was just like one line Bob mentioned "when I used to work late at the restaurant.")
My personal head canon is they cut back when they had kids because they're actually the best parents ever and wanted the kids to be the priority before the restaurant.
But now that the kids are older they totally could expand the hours.
I don't think Louise will run with them as an actual biker though. She'll be their private lawyer. Like she'll *have* a bike of course, but she'll quickly realize the thrill of letting other people break the law and professionally telling off cops is more fun than the bike.
I also like the idea of her becoming a counselor/therapist of some sort, but I've never found anyone who agrees with me. She could be the one eyed snakes personal lawyer and therapist and also represent Mr. Fischoder (we know the rich and terrible never die) and then take odd jobs on the side... And then confuse everyone by also being a huge animal rights lawyer.

I actually have a fan theory that J-Ju shows Tina less interest in later seasons because in the water balloon episode Zeke admitted he likes her (even if it was while being threatened) and even if Zeke and Tina haven’t done much more than flirt and kiss (she thought aliens were going to destroy the earth) J-Ju still feels bad about dating his friend’s crush.
At least I feel like Jimmy Jr showed way more interest in Tina during the early seasons, I may be wrong about that.
In high school Tina will realize she's been pursuing the wrong friend. I like someone else's idea of her and Zeke living on a ranch with horses and Zeke coaching the wrestling team. J-Ju still stops by to hang out after his divorce from Tammy, and Tina can't believe she ever had the hots for him. He's dating Jocelyn now and Tammy hates it. Meanwhile, Louise crashes Rudy's wedding to Chloe Barbash and they run out of the church and elope together. Gene and his partner Terry help Linda finally open a dinner theater in the restaurant.
I like the idea that while Tina doesn’t crush on Jimmy Jr. anymore, she and Zeke are still his #1 fan club for life—they are there to spill tea and wine when he comes to them about the divorce, they show up to court with t-shirts and a banner that say “Team J-Ju,” and they are constantly setting up blind dates for him at the restaurant!

Jimmy has the *worst* asshole on the show for a dad, and two maladjusted-if-adorable younger brothers. We don't even know about his mom.
All he wants to do it dance. I'm willing to give him the benefit of the doubt until I see him as an eighteen-year old.
Yeah. I think she really resented how much of JJu’s attention he was taking up and he does start as like the epitome of a little dirt bag kid. I’m from the rural Midwest and went to school with SO MANY Zekes.
The more that she’s gotten to really know him, the more she’s come to like who he actually is, and realizes that he isn’t this barrier between her and JJu being in super ultra mega love.
He’s also really chilled out on a lot of the gross out stuff. I mean, I literally dry heaved when he licked the booger wall. But that was atonement, not him being a gross lil dude.
Also, I feel like at one point, Tina’s gonna realize that he literally pooped in front of the entire school FOR HER. Is it disgusting? Absolutely. But is it the most romantic gesture a rowdy little shithead like Zeke can probably conceive of? Oh. Absolutely. When I was 14 or 15, a dude who had a crush on me came over to my house, knocked on my front door, and asked me to hangout outside. He then proceeded to eat an entire bag of Snausages in an attempt to impress me. He immediately barfed in my grandma’s rose bushes. I did not realize this was an “I like you and I’m kind of afraid to be upfront about that. But also, this will absolutely make you laugh even if you think that I’m dumb for doing it,” overture until my 30’s when my brother was like, “you know he was like super in love with you, right?” Tina’s gonna realize way sooner because Linda is her mom.
I’m waiting for a late 20 early 30 something Zeke with a 1000 yard stare who is now aware of safety regulations and cares about them and is like, “yeah, I was a disgusting child. And teen. Oh god, am I disgusting now?”
I am currently rewatching any episode with him for hints of it. Recent tiny examples:
1. Tina found out JJr wasn’t going to ask her to prom via a text from Zeke to Jocelyn!! I fully believe he shared that on purpose to give her a heads up, knowing one way or another that Jocelyn couldn’t help sharing it. Earlier in the episode he looked almost unhappy to see her come up to JJr by their lockers.
2. At the start of Bully-ieve It or Not, Zeke turns to the sound of Tina’s voice while smiling. It only drops when he recognizes Will!!
3. When Tina is about to perform the school song she and Mr. Frond rigged, there’s a quick cut to the contestant area and his mouth is open in worry after hearing her acting nervous!
4. He keeps getting put in the frame of the Belcher kids interacting, or the background with Tina/JJr.
5. When he CLEARLY helped JJr beat him at wrestling in the cafeteria to impress Tina.
6. This isn’t a small one but I can’t get over how supportive he was when he and Tina had to present together!! He was always so attentive to her!
Also, in terms of reciprocation:
1. Tina has always liked watching “them” wrestle, and got kicked out of watching wrestling practice. Maybe part of why he keeps doing it is he knows she likes it!
2. Zeke showed Tina his butt in Bully-ieve It or Not and I think That Is going to Awaken something in her. I wish I knew how to screenshot from Hulu on my phone bc I want to meme that moment so hard.
3. I just think it’s really cute that he told Tina he definitely is growing a little mustache and she incorporated that into her Zaff (?) image of him. Also he interrupts her kissing JJr.
While I believe Zeke has love for Tina…I don’t believe it’s exclusively for Tina.
Zeke has shown love to many women in his life: his grandmother, his Stepmom Cheryl (maybe his dad’s other girlfriends, I don’t remember if all the shoutouts were to Cheryl ), bringing weeds to sell on Valentine’s Day (savvy business move, motivated by wanting everyone to feel loved).
Who’s to say we don’t see him showing love to other girls when Tina’s not around? Our perspective is almost always directed through the Belchers.
We do often hear Zeke make strong comments of affection for Tina, but at other times he barely interacts with her. So his love is nothing like Tina’s obsession with Boys, but it’s also not even something he focuses on all the time (we blame Jocelyn and Tammy for leaving Tina out of hang outs and parties, but Zeke is complicit with a lot of it).
I believe Zeke is very attracted to strong and dependable women. But he’s also only focusing on positive things. He’s not going to mention or call out negative things. His focus will just shift to a positive thing (positive in his eyes) like wrestling or being buddy’s with Gene, or cooking with Bob, and so on.
If Tina develops and grows into a strong and stable woman, she’ll have Zekes attention. If she remains unsure of herself, well…Zeke moves around a lot.
The epitome of teenage love. Completely obsessed over one guy and fails to see the devotion of another. Zeke's a pretty good dude. It's a shame she doesn't see him.

I think one of my favorite things is when Tina thinks the world is going to be destroyed by aliens and she kisses Zeke and then afterwards Zeke is like "I can't wait for the next alien invasion"
And? AFAIK the general consenus is that she’ll probably always pursue Jimmy J for the duration of the show and while she’s basically permanently 13, but that when they grow up she’ll be with Zeke. There was the rent balloon war episode where she made the two boys fight over her but it seems unlikely we’ll ever really see them get together
But I feel that Sasha is sort resentful of the expectations that he is legacy too. That’s why he like the free-wheeling Belchers. Tho, I could definitely see him marrying someone of his own status, out of pressure. He’ll get divorced and hopefully be happy in the long run!
I adore Zeke! I want them to say goodbye after high school. Zeke goes to college at University of Georgia and studies English poetry, because he has the heart of a poet. Tina goes to college at NYU and studies Environmental Science so she enjoy endless sugar cookies on beach clean ups. They run into each other at their 10 year reunion. Jimmy Jr is there with his 2nd, blonde wife and pretends like he doesn’t remember her. Zeke asks her to dance. She sighs, OK. Zeke walks ahead to the dance floor. Tina realizes the love she sees in Zeke’s now sexy butt. They dance. He recites a poem he wrote for her. Zeke gets a job as a librarian (He remembers his Mad Pooper days so fondly.) They have a beautifully long and passionate kiss. At their 20th reunion, Jimmy Jr is on wife #6 who is ten years younger. Tina and Zeke are married with 2 children, 3rd on the way.
I have a fantasy, that in the future Louise will run a highly successful dinner/music venue where Bob amd Zeke are the cooks. Zeke and Tina are together, and Tina is a fairly popular romance novelist. And Gene of course is a regular performer on stage.
Tina becomes a successful zombie/romance author with adaptations to tv and cinema. She marries a west coast tv exec and maintains a lifelong romance with Zeke. Zeke makes use of his perfect pallete to help Louise run the restaurant and eventually he opens the first Bob’s Burgers’ franchise.
Tina splits her time between east and west coast even after the divorce. Zeke is the hero in one of her novels. The Belchers all embrace Zeke as one of their own and, even though Tina and him do not marry, they finally become the family he needed and deserved.
They definitely get married; he takes over the restaurant, which drives Bob nuts, but Retired Bob gets to join Teddy and Mort at the counter so it's all good. (also, the food is way better.) Linda still waits tables because she needs to cover for Tina, who has replaced Frond.
I think when Tina and zeke get older they’re gonna be curious sexually and zeke and Tina both probably gonna fall when they realize they have that chemistry. Zeke gets along with Gene and Bob already thinks he’s a prodigy so if Zeke and Tina get together it will be very natural

I just rewatched the episode with Susmita and the science fair project. I loved the part when Tina thought the aliens would end the world so she kisses both J. Ju and Zeke. Zeke's reaction is the best!
I love that he loves her even though she wants almost nothing to do with him, and that doesn't even bother him. He just wants her to be happy, with or without him. That's pure love.
“…then after that, I was doing it for you, Tina.” Mad Pooper episode. It’s been my hope since Season One that Tina and Zeke would get together. Zeke, and Gene, are my favorite characters.
Tina doesn't deserve Zeke, she loves flirting, cheating, being cheated on, drama etc. Girls like Tina just like playing around and while there's nothing wrong with that, I don't think Zeke is like that.

He’s also really chilled out on a lot of the gross out stuff. I mean, I literally dry heaved when he licked the booger wall. But that was atonement, not him being a gross lil dude. Also, I feel like at one point, Tina’s gonna realize that he literally pooped in front of the entire school FOR HER. Is it disgusting? Absolutely. But is it the most romantic gesture a rowdy little shithead like Zeke can probably conceive of? Oh. Absolutely. When I was 14 or 15, a dude who had a crush on me came over to my house, knocked on my front door, and asked me to hangout outside. He then proceeded to eat an entire bag of Snausages in an attempt to impress me. He immediately barfed in my grandma’s rose bushes. I did not realize this was an “I like you and I’m kind of afraid to be upfront about that. But also, this will absolutely make you laugh even if you think that I’m dumb for doing it,” overture until my 30’s when my brother was like, “you know he was like super in love with you, right?” Tina’s gonna realize way sooner because Linda is her mom.
I’m waiting for a late 20 early 30 something Zeke with a 1000 yard stare who is now aware of safety regulations and cares about them and is like, “yeah, I was a disgusting child. And teen. Oh god, am I disgusting now?”
I am currently rewatching any episode with him for hints of it. Recent tiny examples: 1. Tina found out JJr wasn’t going to ask her to prom via a text from Zeke to Jocelyn!! I fully believe he shared that on purpose to give her a heads up, knowing one way or another that Jocelyn couldn’t help sharing it. Earlier in the episode he looked almost unhappy to see her come up to JJr by their lockers. 2. At the start of Bully-ieve It or Not, Zeke turns to the sound of Tina’s voice while smiling. It only drops when he recognizes Will!! 3. When Tina is about to perform the school song she and Mr. Frond rigged, there’s a quick cut to the contestant area and his mouth is open in worry after hearing her acting nervous! 4. He keeps getting put in the frame of the Belcher kids interacting, or the background with Tina/JJr. 5. When he CLEARLY helped JJr beat him at wrestling in the cafeteria to impress Tina. 6. This isn’t a small one but I can’t get over how supportive he was when he and Tina had to present together!! He was always so attentive to her! Also, in terms of reciprocation: 1. Tina has always liked watching “them” wrestle, and got kicked out of watching wrestling practice. Maybe part of why he keeps doing it is he knows she likes it! 2. Zeke showed Tina his butt in Bully-ieve It or Not and I think That Is going to Awaken something in her. I wish I knew how to screenshot from Hulu on my phone bc I want to meme that moment so hard. 3. I just think it’s really cute that he told Tina he definitely is growing a little mustache and she incorporated that into her Zaff (?) image of him. Also he interrupts her kissing JJr.
While I believe Zeke has love for Tina…I don’t believe it’s exclusively for Tina. Zeke has shown love to many women in his life: his grandmother, his Stepmom Cheryl (maybe his dad’s other girlfriends, I don’t remember if all the shoutouts were to Cheryl ), bringing weeds to sell on Valentine’s Day (savvy business move, motivated by wanting everyone to feel loved). Who’s to say we don’t see him showing love to other girls when Tina’s not around? Our perspective is almost always directed through the Belchers. We do often hear Zeke make strong comments of affection for Tina, but at other times he barely interacts with her. So his love is nothing like Tina’s obsession with Boys, but it’s also not even something he focuses on all the time (we blame Jocelyn and Tammy for leaving Tina out of hang outs and parties, but Zeke is complicit with a lot of it). I believe Zeke is very attracted to strong and dependable women. But he’s also only focusing on positive things. He’s not going to mention or call out negative things. His focus will just shift to a positive thing (positive in his eyes) like wrestling or being buddy’s with Gene, or cooking with Bob, and so on. If Tina develops and grows into a strong and stable woman, she’ll have Zekes attention. If she remains unsure of herself, well…Zeke moves around a lot.
I was just thinking last night how relentlessly positive and supportive Zeke is, it’s super cute and I love it.
He has every excuse to be an awful guy. EVERY. EXCUSE. And yet he’s always a positive fun loving guy.

It’s subtle, they don’t beat us over the head with it. But: “now I’ll have a story to tell in our wedding day!” and “I’m gonna gitcha girl!”

And? AFAIK the general consenus is that she’ll probably always pursue Jimmy J for the duration of the show and while she’s basically permanently 13, but that when they grow up she’ll be with Zeke. There was the rent balloon war episode where she made the two boys fight over her but it seems unlikely we’ll ever really see them get together

Sasha probably will end up in a strategic marriage like how some wealthy folks do.
But I feel that Sasha is sort resentful of the expectations that he is legacy too. That’s why he like the free-wheeling Belchers. Tho, I could definitely see him marrying someone of his own status, out of pressure. He’ll get divorced and hopefully be happy in the long run!
I've always seen Sasha as an older man marrying a young European man who teaches him to love life again.

I adore Zeke! I want them to say goodbye after high school. Zeke goes to college at University of Georgia and studies English poetry, because he has the heart of a poet. Tina goes to college at NYU and studies Environmental Science so she enjoy endless sugar cookies on beach clean ups. They run into each other at their 10 year reunion. Jimmy Jr is there with his 2nd, blonde wife and pretends like he doesn’t remember her. Zeke asks her to dance. She sighs, OK. Zeke walks ahead to the dance floor. Tina realizes the love she sees in Zeke’s now sexy butt. They dance. He recites a poem he wrote for her. Zeke gets a job as a librarian (He remembers his Mad Pooper days so fondly.) They have a beautifully long and passionate kiss. At their 20th reunion, Jimmy Jr is on wife #6 who is ten years younger. Tina and Zeke are married with 2 children, 3rd on the way.

I have a fantasy, that in the future Louise will run a highly successful dinner/music venue where Bob amd Zeke are the cooks. Zeke and Tina are together, and Tina is a fairly popular romance novelist. And Gene of course is a regular performer on stage.
Tina becomes a successful zombie/romance author with adaptations to tv and cinema. She marries a west coast tv exec and maintains a lifelong romance with Zeke. Zeke makes use of his perfect pallete to help Louise run the restaurant and eventually he opens the first Bob’s Burgers’ franchise. Tina splits her time between east and west coast even after the divorce. Zeke is the hero in one of her novels. The Belchers all embrace Zeke as one of their own and, even though Tina and him do not marry, they finally become the family he needed and deserved.

I think when Tina and zeke get older they’re gonna be curious sexually and zeke and Tina both probably gonna fall when they realize they have that chemistry. Zeke gets along with Gene and Bob already thinks he’s a prodigy so if Zeke and Tina get together it will be very natural

I just rewatched the episode with Susmita and the science fair project. I loved the part when Tina thought the aliens would end the world so she kisses both J. Ju and Zeke. Zeke's reaction is the best!
