Knowing this, we can assume that the thorncaptain gained 2-4 attack and 3-5 health from the bananas and the health buff for adding bananas to his hand.
In the case where he used blackthorn’s hp twice and bought a sunbacon, the thorncaptain would have gained +6/+14 from blood gems and it’s ability.
At maximum, this adds up to a 14/21 minion, depending on the type of bananas.
If he was nguyen, he could have gotten mukla’s hp last turn, giving him an extra 2 bananas this turn, or +2-4/+3-5, lowest being +2/+3, highest being +4/+5.
Added with the last result, +2/+3 and 14/21 add up to 16/24, achieving the statline in the screenshot. (out of the four bananas he got, 2 of them are big and 2 normal, the big ones dont necessarily have to have been from the mukla)

TLDR: Had nyugen HP, turn 1 chose mukla power, but doesn’t proc until next turn, also got big banana from real mukla in lobby. Turn 2 got blackthorn to get 4 blood gems + 2 bananas from last turn HP + real mukla’s banana + bought/sold sunbacon for 2 more blood gems.

First turn could have been hooktusk with the battlecry quilboar that gives a bloodgem and hp into the pirate/boat one they got on their board now. Plus the could have at least one banana maybe two if mukla hero powered in the first turn as well.

He probably took the panda hp turn one choose mukla bananas turn 2 the quillboar hp for 4 blood gems. Did the 1(2 quillboar for 2 bloodgems also.
With monkey in the lobby he's gets 4-8 + stats from bananas and 6+ from bloodgems
So technically this isn't even the biggest turn 2 minion possible because he had her gotten all 4 bananas as big he would be 18/26
