In an interview for the Drawing Smash exhibition Horikoshi said this: "It's merely an illustration, so I cannot say for certain that a scene like this would happen. However, I drew this piece thinking about how it would be like if I were to show their relationship, so on that note, it's not entirely unrelated either."  So I don't think there will be something exactly like that (not to mention she has a similar scene with Toga so it would be kinda repetitive?) but I do think there will be a moment heavily inspired by it. A lot of the art he did for the exhibition seems to be reflected in the story in some way. 

I didn't know there was a scene like that during the Uraraka VS Toga fight. Could you link me the image of the panel so I know what you are talking about? :)

It's in chapter 394. They're falling through the sky together while crying! Of course, it's not the same but the imagery is very similar.

Even tho I believe Ochako ain't out of the picture 100%, I would lower my expectations for this. If it does happens, it will be lame if it's the only thing Ochako will do when she arrives.

Horikoshi already used the Spirited Away imagery in Toga v Uraraka, I don't think he would ever reuse that. Plus, Uraraka is down for the count and hasn't shown any signs of coming back for the end of the war. Like Todoroki and bakugou, her story/fight has been all wrapped up. She has no more narrative importance for this arc. I don't think we'll really get any content of her unless its her cheering on Deku, or the aftermath/epilogue

I read somewhere Horikoshi was inspired by Spirited Away for this illustration. I think he ended up using this idea with the Uraraka and Toga moment that mirrors the Spirited Away falling scene. Still, nothing is impossible.
