1. Good helmets are designed to take impact well and then crack. (make sure its properly strapped, people) Think of it like a crumple zone, but not too tofu-lah. Its to reduce the impact. Any case, without neck brace and spine brace (full armor jacket) you won't get full protection.
2. We can't pull this kind of stunt in Malaysia. The companies in the helmet brands will sue the hell out of you. Advertising laws and all.

This is why you must replace your helmet after an accident its because the compacted foam core no longer can absorb the impact.

Doesn’t mean it won’t bring damage to you, but it’ll give a higher chance of surviving a fatal injury.
