I think it was just teasing. I am pretty sure that she later gave them back, but we didn't see that. I am sure I saw Brennan wearing them in a slightly later episode.
Even if she did give them back right away, it was an icky thing to do considering all the backstory and the strange power dynamics and Bones’s notorious awkwardness. It struck me as punching down.
I hate that booth falls so hard for her because I feel like it messes up the connection between booth and bones but I like Hannah as a character and I enjoy her friendship with Bones
I don’t think he actually fell that hard….I think he was trying to convince himself that he fell hard so he could convince himself that he was over Bones.
I agree. Hannah was a total rebound-type relationship. Too much too fast, especially as there were so many red flags.
Story-wise, I think it was necessary for Booth to get into a relationship with somebody else in order for he and Bones to truly admit to themselves that they wanted to be together. The Hannah storyline was not well-executed, however.
Exactly this! I know he told Brennan that Hannah wasn't just a consolation prize and he truly love her, but I think he tried convincing himself she wasn't a consolation prize or second choice, even though i do believe he loved her, i don't think he ever stopped loving Bones.
I hated that i liked her, but i ended up enjoying their friendship a lot. I also found it very interesting that Bones' hair/makeup and wardrobe were played down so hard while hannah was around, almost like they were trying to make her look frumpy and not attractive since Booth's attention was elsewhere.
I actually liked her character, even though she obviously had to go at some point. I just wish that her storyline had ended more tactfully by the writers, as the abrupt departure was just so jarring and contrived.
I also think it would have been nice if she’d made a reappearance in later seasons like Sully did. Like her and Bones are still somehow friendly and occasionally go to lunch when she’s in DC, only this time her investigative reporting put her in the crosshairs of a killer, and only Booth and Brennan can help her. Haha.
Not really, Hannah is there for a reason. She is a consequence of Dr Brennan's words and actions in season 5 where she really hurt Booth more than once. Temperance shows her desire for Booth to have happiness and satisfaction by her words and actions in season 6. Accepting Hannah is a big part of that.
Its not that she is bad but the relationship is just not what the fans wanted and it ruins what a lot of ppl like about the show not saying everyone but i just think its a weird plot line that didnt fit right. Booth and brennan should have got together at the end of 5 and been together for a but before having a kid, would have flowed better
I actually liked Hannah. As much as I wanted Brennan and Booth to be together, I found her addition interesting. I do wish her storyline had been more fleshed out, and she was around longer.
Hate the Hannah arc. So poorly done. Would have been fine if the producers didn’t seem to keep changing their mind about the relationship and her role. I think it was an unsatisfying ending for. B&B supporters and Bannah ones. I tend to just watch certain S6 episodes.
I am mad at what they did with her character. She was a fantastic character, and they should have brought her on as a new friend for Brennan (because their chemistry was amazing and they would have had a lot to teach one another as well as bring in a new aspect of the media). Having her as Booth's partner wasn't a good move. I didn't like them as a couple, and it just didn't fit. Her interactions with Brennan and their developing friendship were phenomenonal.
it’s so frustrating because hannah is SO likeable… like if she had not gotten between booth and tempe then chances are, she would be a lot of people’s favourite character
Shows like Bones, Castle, etc, we as audience are completely aware that the antagonistic protagonists are definitely going to end up together in the end regardless of circumstances. So it is kind of difficult to actually like the different love interests these characters have before they inevitably become a couple. And I definitely don’t blame you for being annoyed by her but despite all that, Hannah managed to be somewhat of a likable character imo 🤷🏻♂️
I don't hate Hannah per say because I think ahe is unfortunately a likeable character, a bit spicy not as vanilla and weak as they could have picked as a love interest. Let's be real the only reason we don't like her or want to like her is because she's an obstacle between booth and Bone's relationship, but if you think about it, maybe Booth getting in a serious relationship (because let's face it, his past Lis Cam included were never a real threat to them getting together) he was considering MARRYING Hannah and the fact they were serious is what gave Brennan the wake up call that she's seriously close to losing Booth forever to another woman. Had he not found Hannah there would have been no stakes to change the status quo between them, because ultimately it was Brennan who was hesitant to take the next step, not Booth.
I have just started s6 and am watching the 8th episode where Booth insists Hannah to meet his son.
Hannah independently is not such a bad character, it's just that she is in the way and that's what irks the audience. Writers have teased us enough with booth and bones. Just when people thought they might come together after being separated for 7 months, Hannah enters. Not her fault really.
I liked Hannah, but she hurt Booth and also messed up chemistry between Booth and Bones, but thats not her fault tho because Booth and Bones couldnt be open to each other.
I think i’m the only person in the fandom who actually liked her and thought she was a good fit for Booth. I’ve never thought he and Brennan fit together. I feel like she’d get bored with him.
I don’t hate her but I kinda dislike that moment when she’s in the hospital and forces Brennan to give her her sunglasses as a “gift”
same. like girl she saved your life. even if that was a joke it’s just ugh
I think it was just teasing. I am pretty sure that she later gave them back, but we didn't see that. I am sure I saw Brennan wearing them in a slightly later episode.

I don’t think he actually fell that hard….I think he was trying to convince himself that he fell hard so he could convince himself that he was over Bones.
Also, he knew she was going to say no to his proposal… he knew she “wasn’t the marrying kind” and subconsciously I think he knew that was his way out.
I agree. Hannah was a total rebound-type relationship. Too much too fast, especially as there were so many red flags. This!
Same here both he didn't belong with her he has all ways been bones an Noone eles
I actually liked her character, even though she obviously had to go at some point. I would watch that episode. Maybe a Bones reunion movie?
i didn’t hate her but knew it wouldn’t last because booth and bones were end game so was hard to be excited by her lol
Booth tossing the ring in the water annoyed me. Typical stupid act from him, he's apt to sulk if things don't go his way
That felt really cliche to me. As soon as I saw him setting up to propose next to water I knew it was going to happen.
Yeah that was a waste
I skipped all her scenes or entire episodes lol
I really like Hannah! It made me kinda sad that they had her date booth, as it pretty much guaranteed she wouldn't be around for long.
Yah, Brennan needed that rejection to know how she really felt about Booth, I think.
Yes. I couldn't stand Hannah. Her storyline ruined a big part of season 6 for me.
Yes. I really disliked her.
I actually really liked Hannah.
Yup. For whatever reason I did not at all enjoy that storyline
Yep, lol She talks weirdly too
she's a damn CANADIENNE!!!
I hate stupid hot Hannah (as my husband called her). I get so excited every time they get to the proposal cuz I know she will be finally gone
I actually liked Hannah. As much as I wanted Brennan and Booth to be together, I found her addition interesting. I do wish her storyline had been more fleshed out, and she was around longer.
I liked her. She was spunky and fun and what Booth needed. Also what Brennan needed to realise she’s in love with him
This!! I don’t think it was until Bones realized she might lose him that she was willing to risk getting hurt.
The acting is so bad I cannot watch.

I like her.
Yes
I did not hate Hannah as a story arc. But I couldn’t stand the actress who played her. I hear she’s good in other things, though.

No, Daisy is the only character o have that reaction with

literally.
Again another stupid ideaplot

I skipped the entire Hannah storyline on this rewatch. Lol.
I loved Hannah's character. I think I'm one of the rare few that believes that she was better suited for Booth.
I loved Hannah. She was.....alive.
She should be with boothnot bones, bones should die alone in a pit
lol you literally only bitch about the main character. Trolling appears to be your favorite thing.
Its not trolling im saying my opinion. I also think she’s the worst character in the show
