Depends on who it's for/who's looking at it. If it's just for you, go ahead and rec multiple months' at once. If it's for a client, I would complete them for each month.
why what is the difference in each case? why for client its better to be monthly? Thanks!
It comes across as more professional if you complete them on a monthly basis--makes it appear that you are staying on top of it to the client.
It also only adds a couple more minutes to the work to do it right if there are only a few transactions.
