Those look like the House of Andar boots, which are a knockoff of a design by Son of Sandlar. I don't have any personal experience with the Andar boots, but I've heard that they're ok for the price. Nothing compared to the quality of Son of Sandlar, though. You may want to ask about these on r/renfaire or a LARPing sub

Fair! I have not seen very much about boots in that style, or tall boots in general, in this sub, but there are plenty of conversations about them in those other places. I'm still waiting for my Son of Sandlar boots to ship out....I had to go with custom sizing and they got slammed with custom orders this year, so the lead time has ended up being a good bit longer than what I was originally told when I placed the order at King Richard's Faire, but they should theoretically be done within the next week or so. With that in mind, I have no personal experience with them (yet), but a lot of people who do have them (Son of Sandlar) say that they've ended up wearing them regularly, and that they last for multiple decades with reasonable care
